Gemini Moon Ranch is a wonderfully unique and charming place. We stayed in the Artist Gallery and it was so cute and comfortable. We also did a stained glass class with Tracy which was amazing!! Will definitely be coming back for Soulful Sundays, one of their events and a girls weekend.

We had a great time and loved the setup. The beds were very comfortable. They slept 4 of us without complication. The staff was very friendly and helped set up charcoal and a propane tank as well as a heater in case we got cold. The picnic table and sitting spaces around the tent were welcoming, clean and spacious. We will definitely come back again. It was a great stay—our in the wilderness without all of the hard work! We loved it.

This property is very unique. It’s rustic but has so much charm. The trees, the wild life and the never ending wonderful quiet. We were 6 women 60s and 70s we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Gallery. Tracey and Pete, not only magnificent custodians of a site with such historical interest, they are the hosts we all wish to meet! If you feel like you need to unplug or unwind head out to this place, you won’t be disappointed. There are many nooks and cranny’s inside and out to sit and be quiet, or just talking. Something to enjoy!

This was our first camping experience, and loved every bit of it. We were 4 families with kids and booked the Bodhi tree and Breakthrough camps, both with amazing views. Kids had so much fun, especially with Daniel the property manager. He was very friendly and took the kids on the ride on his pickup truck. Lance the property owner was very responsive throughout our booking and camping duration. We would definitely come back!!

We booked this trip on a last minute whim and the host was very responsive through text. Upon arrival Daniel greeted us and showed us to our campsite. He made sure we had everything we needed and the site was to our liking. He even came back once night fell and made sure we were set. He made sure to tell us about all of the other amenities they have available if needed. (Lamps, propane tanks, fresh sheets, etc.) 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to camp. We can’t wait to come back! (Give Daniel a raise he’s the best 😂)

We had a wonderful stay at Thundering Hawk Retreat. Lance and Daniel were the best of hosts and made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our group was larger so we stayed in the Copaiba and Unity campsites. Both sites met our camping needs. Our one complaint is that we didn’t stay two nights! Thank you Lance and Daniel! We’ll be back for sure.

We booked the Breakthrough campsite for my birthday. The flowers already bloomed. The view is beautiful. Lance was very accommodating and helpful. There is a Mr. Heater already in the yurt. We turned it on for a few minutes to toast the inside of the yurt. We slept nice and warm for the rest of the eve. We brought our sleeping bags and blankets. We paid for the propane which is a great option if you don’t feel like lugging it with you in your car. The table and chairs were great. You don’t need to bring your own. The gas fire kept us toasty. The port-a-potty was very close. I highly recommend the experience!
