The Howard Ranch

Our two rental units sit on our 22 acre property.  We have a full farm with 50 animals,  bees, large garden and orchard, and a mile long track for walking and jogging.  We offer tours of the farm and sell seasonal produce, eggs, and craft goods that we made from farm items.

The airstream has a west facing view that has glorious sunsets almost every evening.

The Ranchette is located on its own private acreage. and private driveway.

Property is located on 400 acres in the Coalinga mountains range. Very secluded and quite place.

McDavitt Country Camping

Flat open field next to a private oak studded dry creek bed that borders a vineyard. Enter the field through an open gate that is 14' wide and can handle any length trailer. Six wineries are nearby for wine tasting, (Tobin James, Ernest Hemmingway, Rio Seco, Penman Springs & Pear Valley Vineyard across the street).  Paso Robles is a quaint old Western town that hosts the Mid-State Fair. Downtown Paso Robles is about 5 miles to the West and offers a variety of excellant restraurants, bars, a movie theatre, and shops that surround a large grassy park with large magnolia trees, a gazebo, museum and playground.

This North Meadow has lots of room to spread out next to the riverbed, and very private.

 Great camping area on SEASONAL Kings River. No other houses in view since we are located between 20 acres of almond trees and 30 acres of walnut trees. Very safe location with security in place.

Pasa Robles Safari

Paso Robles Safari (1964 Vintage Airstream Safari) is available for short-term rentals to visitors of Paso Robles and the San Luis Obispo area. With hundreds of wineries & tasting rooms, there is a never ending supply of things to do and see for wine lovers. The Central Coast area has many destinations, including Morro Bay, Cayucos, Hearst Castle/San Simeon, San Luis Obispo, Cal Poly, Pismo Beach and the Five Cities area.

The Airstream is a 1964 Safari 22 ft. trailer. It is permanently connected to water/electricity/sewer lines and may not be moved. The Airstream is fully equipped with silverware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, including of course, wine glasses The refrigerator is the original Airstream unit, and does have a freezer compartment, but it is very small - (you should not plan on keeping ice cream in it.)
 
 
There is an 8 bottle wine cooler to store your wine bottles in or to chill for drinking. It can be set from 40-65 deg. F. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, sparkling water, microwave popcorn, fresh fruit & fresh baked cookies are provided. There are extra blankets, pillows Basic supplies are included (soap/shampoo/paper goods) There is a built-in roof air conditioner with a heating element. Please note that it does take about 10 minutes to start affecting the temperature, so turn it on, set the thermostat, and be patient. The unit should be off when you leave.
