Great for kayakers, beachgoers, and fishermen. You can hook the cabin up to your generator, or use the solar outlets provided. Plenty of room to roam, and a large area around the cabin is fenced in, so dogs are OK! Outdoor kitchen has running water and all cooking tools. Picnic area, outhouse, wifi and great cell coverage!

What an incredible story this place has. The owners have clearly followed God's creative direction and created a heavenly oasis in the middle of the Trinity Alps. The highlight for sure is rafting down the river, which I didn't have enough time to do. This is def a family camp, stay for a few days kinda place. My studio room was big and clean and had everything I needed microwaving my dinner and a quick breakfast. Although you could happily be fed every meal and drink at the cafe!

The place was super beautiful, with amazing views on the hills and the vineyards. We could enjoy a very good white wine from the vineyard and Miles and Carla were super helpful: they told us where to go for nice swims in the river, showed us around the farm, etc.

What a gorgeous place. We arrived late and didn’t get to hang out for too long, but still appreciated the huge kitchen, especially for dish washing. My kids were starting to miss our dog back home, and were thrilled to be welcomed by several very good boys. Coco made an especially good impression. And the wine was delicious.

This site works well if you want to have somewhere to setup your RV and sleep, have breakfast be out most of the day to come back to cook and overnight. The RV spot is next to a working winery and has power and water, and next to a shared kitchen and toilet. Generally the kitchen and winery is quiet by about 10 pm for a good night's sleep. The scenery of the winery is nice and next to redwood forest. Friendly dogs and winery workers. We felt very welcome and everything went smoothly. Also the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was great! Unoaked and lots of berry complexity.

We took a road trip around NorCal in a 32' RV. Dawn's site provided a perfectly located stop point for us on 299 with full hookups. The site is easy to get in and out of, everything is meticulously well-maintained. There is a cafe just across the street (walking 1 min) with great coffee (and food) that they roast and distribute themselves. The owners are very welcoming and will help answer any questions you may have. And of course you're right on the Trinity river, so bald eagles and deer crossing river is what you'll get.

Weekend Trip to Miles Garrett Vineyard

I highly recommend Miles' land. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to the site due to weather conditions and our RV having some mechanical issues. Miles responded quickly and was very polite. He was very understanding and provided a refund even when he didn't have to. It shows that they care and are honest. I will 💯% stay at his place next time.
