This is a working farm and there are permanent residents on site who are friendly and available if you need help! The property is under construction and there is some debris we are cleaning up. Please don't be discouraged when you pull in, the sites themselves are lovely. There are 2 off leash, and very friendly dogs. We do have a pen we can put them in when asked. The pen is by the driveway, and they will bark when someone pulls in or out.
Within a 10 minute walk from the property is the namesake attraction—a stunning swimming hole carved into the rock wall by dynamite decades ago, ( Google hole in the wall Leggett) now transformed into a refreshing oasis complete with cascading waterfalls. Creek color, level, and clarity vary depending on season! The creek is visible from some sites, but not all.
Lounge on redwood decks, picnic under the trees, play on the worlds biggest home made giant cylinder chimes in the sound garden or explore the surrounding fruit trees and lush forest paths, tire swings, or a game of horse shoes.

With pets
The cabins were super clean and cozy, completely surrounded by trees and tons of sun. I thought it was really cool that they run fully on solar power but still have electricity and wifi so you really do get the best of both worlds. The hosts were so kind and they even left snacks in the cabin, which was so sweet. Bathrooms and showers were impressively spotless and fully functional too. The entrance road is a little rough, but once you’re in, it’s so pretty, peaceful and serene, you won’t even mind the ride up.
P.S. I had no clue what a “Ganjier” was when I booked, did a quick Google later and was a little surprised, given I had my younger sister with me lol.

This stay was everything I needed. I booked the Aristocrat trailer with my dog, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and intention went into every detail. The trailer was cozy, stylish, and full of charm.
Mallory and Jeff have created something truly special. The property is beautifully designed, with trails to explore, maps to guide you, and welcome kits for both humans and pups! Even the dog leash hooks in the kitchen made me smile, such a thoughtful touch that shows how well they understand their guests.
The outdoor shower was a bonus - peaceful, refreshing, and somehow made me feel more connected to the land. And the shared kitchen and dining space were so well done. It felt communal without being crowded, and added a layer of comfort and ease to the whole experience.
Mallory was so sweet when we checked out, she made sure everything went smoothly and it was obvious how much she cares about this place. That kind of genuine hospitality really stayed with me.
Already planning my return, next time with people I love so they can experience the magic too!

Peaceful location and very nice hosts. I had a flat tire slow leak when I woke up in the AM and Jeff helped me right away get air in it so I could drive to a tire shop. I stayed in the little RV and it is very small, good for me as a small single person plus my little dog but would be tight for 2 adults. You'd have to really like each other. The stars were great and I enjoyed laying out in the field at night. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, you can tell they really care about your experience. Don't be intimidated by all the rules, they are easy to follow and reasonable (basically boil down to "be conscientious").

The beauty of the area and the Redwoods are amazing. Bonnie was super nice and our stay was peaceful. The facilities were what we expected. The site is off the beaten path which makes it even more amazing. We took a long walk on the road.

What a trip, in all ways. Thomas, the owner and caretaker are fabulous humans full of great stories! It was amazing to have our dogs off-leash which is most important to us. The sites are under development and looking great with a ton of potential. The bridge was a challenge (20ft trailer) but we managed just fine. We had a blast and left with some amazing memories. Looking forward to our next trip.

Absolutely one of the best camping sites I've ever been to. The hosts were awesome, great group of guys. Very clean, hot shower, porta potty was very clean, places to cook ready to go. Lots of things to do. The hole in the wall was beautiful. Can't wait to go back with others.

2 nights at Radio Ranch Camp
Stayed here for 2 of our three nights. The first night was in the A-frame Alpine Cabin. Both were exceptional. Stepping into the Aristocrat is like going back in time 6 decades, but its in amazing shape. The whole camp is well done, romantic, quiet, and serene. We came in summer, so it was warm enough to take a dip at the top of the waterfall. Do yourself a favor and come here!

We loved the rustic, off-grid, hippie-commune vibe--the propane-heated shower was a welcome bonus. Tent sites are laid out on a ridge above clear turquoise waters of a spring-fed river that passes through the iconic hole-in-the-wall. Amazing camp with great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hideaway. It was a short walk to the river and views were stunning. Thomas and his crew were great and super helpful. Be aware if you are coming with an RV the bridge is tight. Even though this camp didn't offer a lot of privacy it was very serene.

Bonnie and her land are both great--I highly recommend Chamise Mountain Retreat! I was lucky to have the place to myself, so it was extra quiet. I loved falling asleep to the frogs and waking up with the birds. The toilet and shower were clean, and there were an outdoor table and chairs at the camp site itself.

We stayed one night. The host was very nice and accommodating. He showed us where the rstroom and shower was and even helped the lady next to us with her propane so she could make her kids dinner. The hole in the wall is very cool, just a short walk from the campsite.

Weekend Trip to Radio Ranch Camp
At this location we slept in a tent with a foam mattress setup the same as your bedroom. The accommodations could not have replicated a hotel room any better. You could tell that the hosts put a lot of planning into detail
They even put a packet containing toiletries and bug repellent wrist bands. Showering outside was fun and did not lack hot water. The "kitchen" we did not use but checked it out and found it to be well stocked. The site was clean and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Booked last minute and was really impressed as we didn't know what to expect. This is on Thomas’ property who greeted us even with our late arrival being about 9ish Friday night. Walked us to our site and talked with us a short bit. Told us he has dogs on the property that do roam and an added bonus we did get to meet the cat as well. Sites are about 20-30 feet apart with benches and fire pits. Our camp site had a large fire pit and a tire swing. They had a shower, dish washing station, water refill station and the cleanest port-o-pottys I have ever seen. Highly recommend this site. The hole in the wall swimming hole is not on the grounds but is a minute drive away to park and a 5-10 minute quick walk down to the water. The pictures on the site are exactly how it looks. You will mot be disappointed.
