Handmade modern rustic off grid glamping cabin. Sits down in the valley overlooking a small creek. Located between America's First National River, the Buffalo River and the most unique town in the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, AR. Just 6 miles to the Kings River. Surrounded by hiking, mountain biking, floating, fishing and hunting. Built with an emphasis on using locally milled rough sawn timber, reclaimed materials and handmade details throughout.
This is an off-grid glamping cabin. The parking area is just down the hill from the cabin. It's a short walk up to the cabin, you will need to across the foot bridge over the creek and up a few steps to the cabin. The terrain on the property could be muddy or loose at times. Always watch your footing. There is no running water, but there is an 8-gallon jug over the sink for drinking and washing. Extra water available for longer stays. Composting toilet outhouse behind the cabin. Compost toilet bucket is cleaned out after every guest. Propane hot water shower is only available in the warmer months (usually April through October). The cabin is powered by a small solar panel setup. Please do not plug in any personal devices. They could damage the electrical system or overwork it. USB charging dock for phones, laptops, etc. Good cell service with most providers. Basic LED lighting. Direct vent propane heater. Full size memory foam mattress with plenty of warm blankets. There is a two-burner propane cooktop and mini fridge. Bowls, plates, cups and silverware for two guests. Basic food prep items are also available. Round 2-person dining table looking out the big picture window. The creek will be running when there is sufficient rainfall. Guests have access to the designated trails. Located on 15 private acres, just shy of one mile from downtown Eureka, our retreat center offers platforms for tent camping, level small RV or Vanlife camping, or any other camper that will fit a space no bigger than 20ft. There are 3 spots but we are allow 1 camper per night unless requested and part of a group.
The property is down a dirt road just outside of town, wooded, peaceful, and features many hiking trails. Take a loop around the labyrinth, walk the property, or sign up for classes at the studio.
Fire Om Earth Retreat Center is a Botanical Sanctuary of Medicinal Herbal Plants and the Home of Skydancer Apothecary. We are on the register for United Plant Savers and offer classes in Herbal Studies and Clay.

This remote primitive campground is between Kingston and Compton, Arkansas. in the Ozark Mountains of the Boston plateau. The wooded 15 acres is nestled just above a scenic bluff looking south. You can set your tent on our grassy knoll or find a random spot anywhere under our hardwoods or pines. There is one designated gravel site pad for a mid size trailer.
The only roads to Spoken N’ Tru are gravel. I highly recommend taking the gravel route from Kingston. This particular gravel road is 5 miles. If you are pulling a camper this is definitely the best. There is another longer 8 mile option from 412 - south from Dryfork in between Marble and Ozark. The shortest route if from 103 but it has a deep creek crossing and don't recommended unless you have a good 4 wheel vehicle.
The best road to Ponca is County Road 1300 which takes you to Highway 43.
Please keep in mind that Spoke N’ Tru is a cozy but primitive camping site with no amenities so be ready to check your electronics before heading down our gravel roads. Lastly, please read amenity notes, especially regarding waste.

We have 40 acres of woods, tiny waterfalls, hiking, stargazing, bird watching, and sunset watching for the campers who like primitive camping. Edgewater Beach Resort is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life. There are 2 RV sites at Edgewater that are located just a few feet from the water's edge. Lake Taneycomo is a cold- water lake that is famous for trout fishing. The resort has 3 docks that you can fish off of. You can also fish anywhere along the water's edge. Each RV site has water, sewer, and electric hookups, wifi, a private picnic table, and a private firepit/ grill. The sites are separated by a privacy fence for the utmost privacy. The resort has boat rentals, a fish cleaning station, an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend, a playground, and a laundry room. I also have boat slips available to rent for $20 a night. The resort is next to Empire Park which has lots of fishing spots, a playground, a disc golf course, and walking trails. The resort is 16 miles from The Branson Landing. You can get there by car or boat.
Ask me about adding a boat slip to your reservation or about getting a discount for a long-term stay. I offer a 25% discount for stays of a month or more.

We stay open all year round! Please note, the water spigots at the RV sites can't be turned on if the outdoor temperature is below freezing.
*Lake Taneycomo will look different based on the seasons, weather, and the flow of water in the lake. It is common to see a large amount of duckweed in the lake, especially in the coves, during periods of high heat. It isn't attractive, but it is harmless. The maintenance crew at the resort constantly works to keep the coves looking as nice as possible, but it is a natural body of water, so there's only so much that can be done.*

I had great time camping out of my roof top tent at the ranch. It was really windy on the hilltop campsite, but the sunrise/sunsets and view of the ranch and bison were well worth it. Lots of different trails to explore and campsites to set up at. Donny wad a great host and got us a fire going when it was really windy. Lynn was super nice and helpful too. Highly recommend.

LOVED this spot. So well thought out, the location was so convenient, everything was well manicured and it was overall just really peaceful and beautiful. There was no wind like the last RV park we stayed at in Ponca and the bathrooms were really clean and spacious (although there's only one per gender!). It backs up to farm land and is separated by a barbwire fence you can hear the frog and crickets at night. We were the only trailer there during this trip which felt extra special - but site #6 has a great angle and space to it for a little extra privacy.

Place was awesome! Adams was super communicative and responsive. Secluded with great view off the cliff but also close to Buffalo river activities. Whitaker point was a cool hike to the south. Def take Adam’s recommendation if bringing an rv and come from Kingston, and also would say mine (21 foot box) is probably about as big as I’d try to get in there.

Weekend Trip to Buffalo River Glamping
We loved glamping on Katherine's property for a Buffalo River float trip. The website photos are accurate, and everything was in great shape and very clean. It is a pristine natural getaway, and very quiet except when the birds and owls were chatting. There was plenty of wood for campfires in the evening. Katherine and her husband Tom were very pleasant and helpful, and obviously enjoy helping others enjoy the beauty of the area. Highly recommend, and hope to go back!

This was an absolute hidden gem. One of my favorite stays to date! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants an amazing getaway in the middle of the Ozarks. I stayed for a week during the month of April and the weather was fantastic. There were many hiking trails and access points to the rivers nearby. The owners of this RV park are the kindest people ever. The free to use washer and dryer units by the bathrooms were a huge plus. Would love to stay here again!

From start to finish, this was an absolutely wonderful and enchanting experience that I will never forget. Mizzy is an exceptionally gracious host, warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the magical space she has created. The property itself is truly one of a kind, a healing, off-the-beaten-path gem that is well worth every mile of the drive to get there. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to stay and soak it all in for a couple more nights, as I had to move on to continue my road trip, but I left with a full heart and am already planning my return. This place has earned a permanent spot at the top of my list for my next cross-country adventure. If you are even remotely considering it, just book it. 10/10, I cannot recommend this highly enough!

Two built in beds with comfortable mattresses and enough space for us to sit and play games in between. I fit great with my 6 and 3yo while my oldest got his own side of the van. Every night we got great sleep! There was even a small fan and lights provided.
The van itself is so beautifully designed you can tell so much love was put into it and that radiates through the rest of the property as well. We very much appreciated the clean bathrooms with flushing toilets, the hammocks spread throughout ( our favorites being by the pond and creek), and the well maintained trail adorned with artwork of all sorts made for an easy and whimsical hike just perfect for the kids and still an adventure for me.
Mizzy was so wonderful, considerate and a pleasure to get to know! We added on fairy crown crafting and a tea party and had so much fun learning the local edible and ornamental plants and flowers. She had endless patience for the kids and they’d like to return some day just to spend more time with her- I couldn’t agree more!
I left this trip feeling totally restored and a little magical myself , which was exactly the goal.

15 ft rooftop tent
Nice funky little site, like a mini town. Pretty deep in the woods so no road noise. There is a short 20-30 min round trip trail over a stream with really pretty views from a bluff right at the entrance to the campground. We camp in a rooftop tent, and the parking areas for sites had plenty of room for that. Really appreciate the same day booking option.

Absolutely beautiful here! We chose the perfect time to come as it was empty, so that made the experience even better. The cows mooed us to sleep and we could hear some howling as well. We had a great time!
