Great spot to stay while exploring the Prescott area! Nice level spot with everything we needed- electric, water, sewer, fire pit and wood! Max went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to get there, where to park and to make sure we were comfortable. Bonus- we got to see javelinas every day! Host and neighbor house are near where you park, but we still felt private and everyone was very friendly.

It was SUPER safe feeling with its locking gates, had fantastic amenities like a hot outdoor shower, bathrooms, fruit trees and a hot tub, and Jeff and his wife were so friendly but left you to enjoy your own experience. My daughter and I felt the rules were easy to abide by, and it was great that Jeff gave us a tour of the property and explained how everything worked. I would stay here again and highly recommend this stay.

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed all the open land to roam, the safety of the neighborhood, and the kindness of all the area residents we met. The spot was clean, private and well maintained. The amenities of water, internet, and laundry were the icing on the cake so to speak.
