Most tiny homes have an indoor dining table, and other sitting places can comfortably seat multiple guests.
The tiny home with kitchens have granite/quartz countertops is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and all the cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Guests can lounge outdoors on the deck to enjoy the view of Arizona’s calm desert.

Excellent location for exploring Northern Arizona.
This is a camping area just 5 miles from restaurants, bars, quaint little tourist stores, gas stations and even a hardware store.
Located just west of Seligman with road access directly to the property and excellent access to Interstate 40 and Route 66.
You can rest and gather your thoughts while enjoying the great outdoors.
You can drive right onto the property and set up your RV or your tents.
There are 6 sites available to book and a community picnic area that has barbecue grill, table, chairs, Putt-Putt, cornhole, horseshoes, and frisbee golf equipment for you to use. Just please put everything back the way you found it.
All guests are welcome to use the main picnic area, during their stay. Even if you book a deck further away you still have 100% access to the main deck area and all of its activities.
There are no services at this site it is a dry camping area for as many days as you need.
Whatever you pack in you must pack out. No garbage waste or pollution whatsoever.
The meadow is full of prairie dogs so be careful driving around so you don't drive into a prairie dog hole.
All campers must have their own waste facility such as their own camping toilet and water source.
Absolutely No dumping any waste on the property.
There's no electricity on the property so bringing your own generator is a good idea, if you need electricity.

**Because Seligman sits right where the Great Basin high-desert grasslands meet the pinyon-juniper woodlands, it supports a wide variety of wildlife—ranging from open-plains grazers to mountain predators.

Because of the massive prairie dog colonies in Aubrey Valley, the area is designated as an Important Bird Area—especially for birds of prey:
*Golden Eagles & Ferruginous Hawks: Use the nearby Aubrey Cliffs for nesting and hunt across the plains.
*Burrowing Owls: Frequently seen using abandoned prairie dog burrows.
*Peregrine Falcons & Red-tailed Hawks: Common hunters along the cliffs and high plateau.
"Reptiles"
*Snakes: Arizona black rattlesnakes, gopher snakes (bullsnakes), and coachwhips.
*Lizards: Greater short-horned lizards, side-blotched lizards, and collared lizards.

We only spent one night at Beaver Creek Oasis, but it was lovely being able to pitch our tents under the towering sycamores and take a short walk to Beaver Creek itself. Plus, Laura has the most adorable dogs and rescue alpacas and goats.
The availability of a flush toilet and sink make for true glamping (it looks like an outhouse because the structure is so small, but it's fully plumbed inside). The stone shower structure is located about a hundred yards in the other direction -- just be careful of spiders!
Also note that you can still hear traffic on I-17, so it isn't fully remote, but the lights are still dim enough for stargazing.

1 night at A-Frame By Grand Canyon With Sauna
This place is rad. Has a luxury ski resort but yet off-grid feel (I've always wanted to see what a solar setup would be like). The A frame is about a mile off the main road (dirt drive) and has its own gravel drive. 40 minutes to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. Huge TV, mini split for AC, full kitchen with stove, fridge, and dishwasher. I loved the loft bed with the window to the east to watch the sunrise. Pet friendly with plenty of shrub land outside the driveway for dogs to run. I didn't see any stray neighbor dogs and neighbors are far enough away to feel like you have privacy. Cedric was super responsive and even gave us early check-in when we asked.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the property! The cottage itself was very clean with more amenities than what we expected. The bed was comfortable and there is wifi and basic cable for the tv, for the times that we were not out exploring the property itself or the surrounding areas. On the property there are animals (horses, goats chickens) and the hosts have 3 wonderful, friendly dogs. The hosts (Joe & Barb) are wonderful people and provided valuable insight and advice of the property and surrounding areas. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay for the few days we were there, and we already miss it! If you want to be in the mountains, somewhat remote but still close to many points of interest and activities, this is the place to be! We highly recommend this cottage and property and will most likely return for our next trip to northern AZ!!!
