Our 1 acre property just outside of the heart of Central Phoenix has two legacy pine trees, one of which holds a treehouse that was originally built as an extra space for our family and is now open for guests. Not too long ago, our neighborhood roads were dirt, and there are still several horse ranches in the neighborhood. Phoenix is a close commute, where you will find many more amenities. Rent an off-road vehicle, boat for the lake (or bring yours!), or plan a tour and ENJOY YOUR STAY! We are more than happy to help facilitate your time here. We welcome pets, but do note there are occasional encounters with neighborhood dogs and plenty of wildlife. For their safety, best to keep them leashed or bring an enclosure. In the future, we plan to provide an enclosure for dogs to safely play and run off-leash. Daytime arrival highly recommended! We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed. Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too! We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! What a great spot! We felt secluded for having a full setup; quiet, awesome stargazing, and easy to back-in. The kids loved running around and exploring on the new state land and surrounding saguaro forest. Shawn and Roxy were so kind and helpful to make us feel welcome.

I’ve stayed here twice, both times a great experience. Proximity to boththe city and to nature. Flush toilet, sink, and shower are huge bonuses. It’s such a unique and picturesque spot. I felt lucky to find it on HipCamp. Niko is very responsive as well.

We were looking for a last minute spot in the greater Phoenix area and we were hoping not to have to stay in a trailer park that seems so common. Shawn & Roxy’s spot was perfect. Located in a rural area in north Phoenix surrounded by saguaros, the spot was clean and quiet, except for the occasional coyote howl. The hosts were welcoming and responsive with all communications. The utilities worked great. Our only suggestion would be to have more signage to help campers see where to turn in to the property. We highly recommend this site!

I loved parking my little trailer on Kevin's property in Strawberry, AZ. The views around his ranch are beautiful. It's very quiet as well. Kevin was very responsive, and the place was easy to find. It was so nice to have access to a bathroom/toilet/shower on his property, as well as a little fridge. His fee was very reasonable. Access to his gym/weights/machines was an added bonus. What a great find! I highly recommend!

At 29 years old I have never once been in a treehouse, I loved the treehouse! I love that I got to experience it. it had beautiful views, absolutely adored the birds chirping in the early morning and the sprinkler going off giving this amazing fresh smell of grass in the morning, it was such a refreshing wake up that I absolutely needed after having such a hectic week at work. Would absolutely recommend.
