I offer 2 full hook-up spaces, one space is covered. Power is 50 AMPS! An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space.
I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites.
I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you.
This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff.
I have WiFi and great cell service here. Please arrive by 8pm unless arrangements are made in advance. I meet with you and show you around.
I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please.
I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10.
Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. There is a breakfast room with clean refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available for your use. Lots of local birds visit daily. You are welcome to visit and pet my horses and donkeys!

We (Tim and Victoria) moved out to our place in the desert in February 2008 along with our many plants. We have continued to grow our little farm of 6 acres to what it is today, which includes an orchard with about 50 fruit and nut trees and enclosed garden/greenhouse structures with veggies and herbs that are protected from wildlife and the elements. We have a seasonally heated pool with 3/4 wraparound deck and amazing views of the Tucson Mountains. We have a basketball court, a ping pong table, cornhole court as well for recreation. Our Beach site has a domed 'chill zone' with heaters in the winter, comfortable chairs for relaxation and a great spot to let your dog hang out unleashed. Toni & Karl’s property was safe, clean, and FUN. Wish I was in more of a social mood when I arrived, but I was ready for bed!
There was a little something for everyone. They had Dirty Dancing projecting onto the wall over their pool when I visited & a few tables of smiling faces.
I was worried about finding a spot to rest my head with the annual Tucson rock & gem show being in town, but Toni & Karl pulled through for me last minute. I arrived in just a SUV, and they made room for me. Very kind & welcoming! 10/10 recommend!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Location was peaceful. I felt totally safe. Pet the donkeys and the horses. I would love to come back when it’s a little warmer to take advantage of the pool area. Karla has her property set up for tents/rvers/people who need a room. It felt magical at night as all the solar lights slowly turned on. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the ranch and it was great for the inaugural trip with our camper. Spot was easy to pull up next to and connect to power.
We have biked around Empire Ranch with our ebikes many times and it was nice to be able to leave right from the camping spot. , Going East on Yucca Ash Farm road (one really muddy spot) and then N on Curly Horse road. Saw adorable black tailed prairie dogs!
The view from out camping spot was beautiful and we would love to stay again!!
