Your camping in the backyard of a house on a 2 acre plot. Although it appears to be suburban and the lot is walled/fenced on three sides there is an astonishing amount of wildlife here. Flocks of doves, coveys of quail, tons of rabbits, other birds and we could hear coyotes every morning. The Suarouro (sp?) Cactus are really impressive if you've never been right up close to one. Our stay was quiet and peaceful, and Louise let me park the sprinter under the shade next to the corral... That was huge for keeping the van cool in 105 Phoenix weather. Thank you for that. The place is 20min from Mayo Clinc so we will definitely be back. And yes... we got a fantastic loaf of homemade bread.

The location was great for us...close enough to family, but just far enough away 😉 We brought out off road bikes, so proximity to trails was great! We highly recommend staying at Troy's and will definitely stay here again next time we pass through.

Louise’s property is delightful: located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by desert shrubs and cactus. Birds and an occasional desert rabbit entertain during the day and the coyotes sing just after sunset most evenings. The area is very safe and scenic with ample shopping nearby. Louise is an excellent host and the property easily accommodated our truck and 34’ fifth wheel. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning.

We loved staying at Troy's! They were very friendly, the landscape was beautiful and the remote, quiet area...yet close to conveniences was perfect! Add to that, the full hookups that can be difficult to find at a hip camp and it's knocked out of the ballpark! Don't hesitate to book the site.

We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country. We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available. More about the “Field of Dreams”: Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. Situated outside of city limits it's a nice and quiet getaway from the busy city. Guests have a nice, family and pet friendly full size RV space with full hookups available, to include a deck with a picknick bench and plenty of grass. There's also an oversized firepit with enough space for family and friends to enjoy a night of smores and songs around the campfire. Relax, and play on this small 1-acre ranch property! We are on a septic system so please make sure your waste tanks are empty prior to arrival and only flush septic safe toilet paper during your stay.
