Arizona is known for being the most mineral rich states and is prime territory for rock hounding. you can just pull off the main road and get away from the hustle an bustle of the big city without being too far off the grid you can pull up in a car, truck, or RV an take in the beautiful night stars in the super quiet and peaceful desert. If you're looking to just get away or go to the casinos its all here at Golden Valley Rancho Deluxe. We're located just 3 miles from I-40 Exit #44. And just miles from historic route 66 and the famous little cowboy town Oatman. Golden Valley is a nice small town centralized between Bullhead and Kingman city small enough to give you peace but big enough to fulfill all your needs, there are several types of minerals in the area including garenet, pyrite, malachite, quartz, copper, and of course gold and the local turquoise mine not far away. which is one of the biggest producers of turquoise in the world. 40 miles away. on the eastern banks of Lake Havasu on the California-Arizona border, Lake Havasu State Park offers year-round easy access to all sorts of water activities, including fishing, boating, and swimming. Lake Havasu is also the site of one of the old London Bridges, transported all the way from England to the States and reconstructed over the Colorado River.
