So peaceful and serene in this little mountain oasis! Hidden away within the mountains, there’s so much to see and do. Hike through the mountains and even down to Colorado River. Rent kayaks at the property to drive them down, a 7 min drive off the property. Book an off road tour around the mountains and down to the river. Check out the world famous ghost town a few minutes away and even goon an underground mine tour. It’s pure bliss and joy. A reset, a rest. Available as a single person camping, all the way up to weekend retreats for the entire family. This property is secluded and in a remote area with limited cell service. AT&T and Verizon have limited service, other carriers do not. This property is accessible by off road vehicle only, otherwise you may park your car in parking which is 4-7 minutes away from your tent by our shuttle. This place is so great! The location is a little adventure and the area is quiet and so chill. My friend and I enjoyed our stay and slept with our tent open. Coming from the Joshua Tree desert, we get a lot of critters... not here. Besides a super friendly chipmunk, don't think it was Chippy but he was a fun little buddy to watch as he explored our space.

Our stay at Dan’s place in Lake Havasu City was nothing short of amazing. Truly! This was our first Hipcamp experience, and wow — the bar has been set so high. The location was peaceful and scenic, felt very private, and it was located just a short walk to Castle Rock Bay where our Florida dogs had a blast splashed and played in the water together. Dan was a b*tchin' host too! He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the area’s land and wildlife. We even went on a rock-hunting adventure through the refuge together at sunrise — such a truly unique and special experience! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire experience felt safe, beautiful, and welcoming. We only stayed two nights, but honestly, we could have stayed a month. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a genuine, nature-filled Arizona stay! 🌵✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at Vegas Glamping was fantastic; everything we had imagined about this adventure came true, and more! Evelina’s and David's land is beautiful and perfectly set up for a relaxing yet exciting getaway. The facilities were well thought out, making the stay comfortable and easy. The tent itself was spacious, cozy, and provided the perfect blend of nature and comfort. Every detail made the whole experience feel special and unique. From start to finish, it was a great time that exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend this glamping spot enough for anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure!. Evelina and David are the best hosts you can ask for. Totally recommended!

Camping at Dan's place was as expected. It's a pretty simple lot where you can pull in, set up, and stay a night or however long will little to no work. It was a level spot and had electric hookups. There was a fire pit and picnic table too. I'd stay there again if I was passing through like we were on this trip.

Weekend Trip to Silver Sunsets

I read a bad review saying it was hard to find - this is completely false. The place was very easy to find from both Google maps and his instructions. Nice, peaceful setting with Joshua trees all around and windmills in the distance - they look close but they weren't close enough for us to hear them. The host was friendly, as was his dog, and he even gave us some fresh eggs from his chickens. We enjoyed the stay and found it well worth it.

Weekend Trip to Desert's Edge at Lake Havasu

Wow! What a beautiful area to explore! And Dan, such a perfect host. He’ll respect your privacy if that’s all you want, but if you ask or inquiry I’m certain he’ll be happy to take you kayaking/paddle boarding in the nearby Lake Havasu, which is very cool! We trekked through sea caves and saw a baby owl in the big cliffs bordering the river, and had a couple beers and good conversation with Dan while bass were jumping all around us.. Also if you are into rock collecting, which, prior to our stay I was not.. this is place is rock heaven.. Seriously, Dan will tell you all about it! Phenomenal stay, will likely return when life permits. Cheers, Dan!

We arrived to a wonderful view of the perimeter mountains, desert scape and a friendly, helpful host. Dan gave us information about what trails to walk, with good knowledge of the area. We had the site to ourselves with a feeling of peace and security. The location is close to shopping, the lake and the city, with a feeling of rural life. The first night we witnessed what we thought to be a UFO, later finding out it was a rocket launch. Soo AWSOME. Thanks Dan for a perfect place to stay the week.

Weekend Trip to Vegas Glamping

Trip started off with the incorrect price. I booked, paid, planned, then get told that what I wanted was $85 more... Then discovered the tent was only 1/2 fastened to the frame, the promise of a kitchenette and coffee was smoke... and the drinkable water container was only 10% filled. Would have also been nice to have a map of hikes and things to see. We had to ask and only got the vaguest of pointed out directions. It's an adventure... but there have to be better options.
