We are situated adjacent to state land that displays a majestic Saguaro forest in the mountains (where our small rural community meets the wilderness). Enjoy easy access to endless mountain trails as you roam through the this densely populated region of saguaros (hike or bring 4WD) . The local wildlife entails a variety of beautiful creatures of varying sizes.
All three Saguaro sites provide full RV services (water, electrical, and 30/50 amp hookups) with plenty of space between for enjoyment of the views. Boondocker sites are great for easy in-out dry camping, making for an early start for your trip out of town. Driving paths are covered with gravel throughout the property. Boondocker 2 is by currently closed for renovations.
We are just 10 minutes from the I-17 (Lake Pleasant is just a 30-45 minute drive). Phoenix is a close commute, where you will find many more amenities. Rent an off-road vehicle, boat for the lake (or bring yours!), or plan a tour and ENJOY YOUR STAY! We are more than happy to help facilitate your time here.
We welcome pets, but do note there are occasional encounters with neighborhood dogs and plenty of wildlife. For their safety, best to keep them leashed or bring an enclosure. In the future, we plan to provide an enclosure for dogs to safely play and run off-leash.

A quiet horse ranch located 1,000 feet from the BLM Offroad Trailhead, offering mountain views in three directions, hiking trails, and hilltops within walking distance. Hundreds of Indian petroglyphs are just 3–4 miles up the offroad trail, easily reachable by any 4x4 vehicle with at least 6–8 inches of ground clearance. I have had the best time here for a month long stay - the space has shade and cement platforms, firepits, water and electric. The groundskeeper is super responsive and upkeeps the property perfectly! Office/Shop w plenty of goodies. And spacious laundry room! Clean bathrooms w spacious showers. Gorgeous sunsets and charming chicken coop w emus. Excellent spot! Not much privacy for tenting - lots of vehicles driving past at all times lol but that is just a sign of a healthy RV camping resort! Thank you!!!!!

Great place, great people! Cory is truly one of the most hospitable and friendly people you could ever meet. He set up the fire for us before we arrived, lent us his fishing rod, and even showed us the beautiful route to the private lake. He also shared his amazing biking skills with my son, which made the experience even more memorable. It meets the need for a decent place to stay for a couple of nights and the people are very friendly and accommodating. Directions clear, found the site after dark without issue. Cory is responsive and provides a welcoming site. Site has two well placed trees to provide natural shade for the tent. Site is fenced in, with a swing close gate - provides peace of mind for those with kids. Plenty of space, we fit a 10 person and a canopy with space for likely 1-2 more tents.
We biked to the lake, very tucked location, not public access, so had it to ourselves. Great view of the distant mountains. Fish may be smarter than us as we only managed a small tilapia, but the lake is lively with plenty of fish jumping out along the shore line.
Portable bathroom was pristinely clean, one of the best we’ve seen.
Site is well kept, we look forward to returning and seeing what else Cory can do with the place!
Most importantly - Cory is a phenomenal host - welcoming, helpful, and laid back. Especially welcoming and willing to help with anything we needed - he went above and beyond to make our weekend trip great. Absolutely recommend this site!
