⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay with a Welcoming Host
I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back! The security gate made me feel very safe with our gear and camper, and the property overall felt secure and well cared for.
The porta-potty was clean and conveniently located, which made things easy and comfortable during our stay. One of the highlights was seeing the cute farm animals at the property—they added a fun and relaxing charm to the whole experience.
The host Leland was friendly and welcoming, with great communication and a genuine interest in making sure everything went smoothly for me even though I had to instant book last minute.
Overall, this is a peaceful, well-managed spot with thoughtful amenities and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Great time spent on some scenic and peaceful property! Amber was very accommodating and made the experience definitely worthwhile. It was awesome seeing all of the farm animals as well as exploring the property as there was a lot to do. I feel like one night was definitely not enough and the next time I’m out here will definitely book multiple nights!

5 nights at Gila River View
This was one of the best places we've ever stayed! The host, Amber, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The area is secluded and private and we never heard any noise other than nature. We loved that it's a working cattle ranch with horses, cattle, and pigs. The animals were all friendly and never bothered us. Oh, there was a very friendly barn cat that did snuggle with us a bunch! The camper was an amazing accommodation that offered everything we needed for an indoor experience and sleeping.
The hiking opportunities are endless here! With just a 10 minute hike you can be on the top of a mountain overlooking 2 different valleys that the Gila river runs through. In about a 20-25ish minute hike you can make it from the camp clear into a hidden valley on the back side and make it right up to a secret spot next to the Gila river. We spent half a day at this spot relaxing and enjoying the weather and nature!
It's about a 10 minute drive to the nearest town for any supplies or if you want a restaurant. We only went once to get more drinking water and we were back at camp within the hour!
We will definitely stay here again! We love the place and it's less than 2 hours from our house!

Our family absolutely loved staying here. This will be one we look forward to staying at frequently. Everything was clean, and provided. It was a good stay at the ranch. We enjoyed seeing the animals and sitting in the creek even though it was pretty cold! Don’t think twice about booking this place ! Our host went above and beyond and the experience was great.

I happened to be the first person to stay here. And what can I say this place is incredible! The 360 mountain views, the sunrise and sunset, the quiet it's perfect. It's a lot like staying on BLM land but private. During my stay at the end of March the weather was PERFECT. The property is basically connected to about 50+ miles of trails around Sawtooth Mountain. Welcome to 4x4 trucks, side by sides, four wheelers and dirt bikes. Just make sure to pay for AZ state fee because you will ride across state land and BLM land alike.
The hosts here went WAY OUT of their way to make me feel very welcome. They brought me a goodie bag on arrival with water, fruit, and cookies. They cooked pizza one night and invited me over for communion. This was a very memorable spot for me! I'll be telling my friends and family about this spot for years!
Talking with the hosts they have many plans for the property. So I'd expect that by the time you book your stay, there will be some upgrades and new features to the property. As of right now there are no bathrooms or showers, but there is running water! So just plan accordingly and get ready for a great time!
