We are Kevin and Tammii. We moved to Mesa in 2019 to build our own “Field of Dreams”. In developing our property we added a Hip-Camp site to our vision. We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country.
We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available.

Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.

Absolutely loved staying here. Easy parking. I'm new at driving a motorhome and I was able to back in just fine here with my 40 foot class C. The place was perfect for us to feel like the space was our own. There was a laundry area available for our use. I enjoyed not being in a crowded rv park and was able to relax more and let our dog hang out more freely. Recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We didn't spend much time at the site, because we had so much to do in the area, but the site was super clean and level, the hosts were very welcoming - offering us advice for the area and even baking the kids some cookies, and the included laundry was very helpful. When our plans changed, they even worked to accommodate us. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at Tammii's property. The space was very nice, clean, and spacious, and was a great location for exploring the Phoenix area. The laundry was also a fantastic touch (especially for us traveling with young kids). Tammii and her family were all so welcoming and kind, and we really couldn't have asked for a better stay! We'd highly recommend for anyone traveling to the Phoenix area.

We loved staying at Tammii & Kevin’s property so much that we extended 2 nights. You have your own little private patio area, which is great for your dog(s) to hang out as well. We wanted to be right in Mesa which this location is so you are central to all kinds of sight seeing.
Tammii & Kevin are super nice & very helpful. Backing up our 30 feet travel trailer into their separate driveway was no problem.
They even have a laundry set up for guests.
We highly recommended staying with them & give them 20 out of 10 stars.

Tammii’s rv pad at field of dreams is a delightful spot to stay! She was the most friendly and accommodating host, and we were so pleased to meet her. The spot is easy to access, level, and feels private. It is close to the highway for easy access and some local parks nearby that we enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet private spot to stay in Mesa.

Excellent stay! The RV pad was extra long and accommodated our 34 ft fifth wheel and F250 with ease. We appreciated how organized and clean the area was. We didn’t have much time for hanging out at the site during the day, but would have loved to sit out on their nice patio a little longer. We also enjoyed using their on site laundry facility which was an unexpected perk! I will say we raised our eyebrows at some of the other houses in the neighborhood, but the host property was *chef’s kiss*! We had no issues while there- host Kevin was very kind and accessible if needed. We would absolutely stay here again, thank y’all so much! God bless!
