Hello, we have acreage that we are allowing travelers to stay on. We are 15 miles from Chiricahua National Monument, located along the ‘Wilcox Loop’. Along the loop is also Cochise Stronghold and many wineries! If you travel south from here, we are 45 minutes from my favorite town Bisbee. Stars galore!
Attention: as the area can be dry we do not allow fire pits, however a stove/grill for cooking is expectable. Thank you

I absolutely loved staying at Rocking T Ranch. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! I had many wonderful conversations with Tony, he was always making sure everything was going great, even while him and his family were getting ready for the holidays! The animals, of course, were wonderful too!

An awesome desert site down a short "primitive" road a quarter mile from pavement. Wildlife, peaceful, horses, a resident hawk, perfect sunrises over the Chiricahua Mountains and beautiful sunsets behind the Huachuca Mountains.
Wonderful hosts, easy in and out. I have a 60 foot rig and it went in pretty well.
Saw a couple of big cats, quite a few deer, coyote scat, so they're around too. (Keep your small pets on lead.) Definitely would return.
Just an aside, it's just up the road from Johnny Ringo's grave site. What fun!

RV Ranch is located in a beautiful spot of Cochise County. Gorgeous view of Cochise Stronghold and surrounding ranges. It’s a working ranch so you’ll hear animal noises which added to the peace of the place for me. Full hookup, very level site made it a breeze to get settled quickly. I was so fortunate to witness the great crane migration during my stay. Thousands of them made their way to their winter home right overhead. Truly amazing. Highly recommend RV Ranch to anyone visiting this stunning area of AZ.

I work out of town occasionaly and dont like to waste money on motel rooms. Itd great there are places like this where someone can just pitch a tent, and enjoy the quietness of the outdoors. The campsites themselves were great. A small open area surrounded by trees. There were chairs provided around campfire pits. A portapotty was provided, which is a great benefit you dont get while rustic camping. The price was unbeatable! I will definately be back to spend some more time with the awesome hosts, and the adorable animals!

We enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great and helpful. Had all the essentials for us like water and a bathroom. We liked watching the animals and how quiet it was there. Dark skies and lots of stars. Their homemade goat soap is fantastic as well.

The Lazy Horse Ranch is easy to get to off of the main road.
I had a great night at Lazy Horse Ranch. It was quite and comfortably. The hook ups were in working order. I even got some much needed rain.
I checked out the horses, the library, there was a place to make coffee, do laundry. They had information about trails in the area.
Maybe I will bring my horses out for a horsey vacation in the future.

Hila and Tony’s goat ranch is a great location for exploring the area - Tombstone and Chiricahua Monument within an hours drive. They were very welcoming - we enjoyed Tony’s daily drop in chats. It was fun watching the goats, horses, chickens and dogs.

We loved our time spent at Rocking T Ranch! Our family (myself, wife and toddler) visited for a week dry camping on Tony and Hila's property where we learned about the ranch and the local area from Tony; got the chance to feed a baby goat; and visited nearby Chiricahua National Monument! We also had the opportunity to go to a nearby farmer's market to buy some of the ranch's homemade/homegrown food. Tony's beef jerky is the best! There is water on site: artesian well water! We had strong winds and even rain during the week (the first in 8 months). It was a safe and easy place to spend a week. Thank you, Tony and Hila!
