Flo is on the front acre of our property with our straw bale home on the back acreage. The views are breathtaking with the Sedona Red Rocks to the North and the Montezuma Castle National Monument canyon to the South. Flo is a fully self-contained, refurbished 1950 Spartan Mansion Silver Bullet. Her charm includes an original turquoise shower/bathroom, full bed, a sweet kitchen and quaint living area. All of the paneling is original bent birch wood. She feels like “A Big Hug” when you lay in her beautiful curved bedroom. Total privacy, with your own patio and barbecue, fire pit, outdoor bathtub, Solar powered outdoor shower, one in Flo also, a 16' x 4' salt water above ground seasonal pool. May-October. Flo is strategically located as base camp (only 1 and 1/4 miles off I-17) for visiting Jerome, Prescott, Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, Flagstaff or The Grand Canyon. Drive down south to the warmth or up north to the cool. Flo's a great jumping off spot! Not to mention all the great hiking opportunities right here in the Verde Valley. 4 perennial creeks all flow into the Verde River, all with wonderful hiking opportunities. Wet Beaver Creek, Clear Creek, Fossil Creek and Oak Creek. Newly added Flo's Pet Paradise where your best friend can dig if he wants, chew some fresh bones, lay on the couch and then go get a nice rinse off in the outdoor shower! The gardens and trees have grown over the years since I first planted them and you never know what will be in-season and blooming! Gardening is my passion and I have thrived here for many years loving on this piece of land. So come on up if you're so inclined — and have a little kick back in Rimrock, Arizona!

Sorry- no infants or children under 12 (stairs/retaining wall falling hazard) Sally is a 1976 Silver Streak Trailer- completely redone on the inside- although she still has vintage charm. This cozy Young rental is located in the midst of nature but still in a neighborhood, and can accommodate two guests for a romantic weekend getaway in Arizona. Comfy Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (sink, toilet, shower). In truth the indoor shower is rarely used- the huge Bath House just outside has a rain shower and shower wand, claw foot bath tub and flush toilet. Hot soak in the tub or plunge into the Cowboy stock tank just steps away. Private! In the living area, guests can lounge on comfortable chairs and relax watching TV (bring your passwords!), the dining table is perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with enough cooking utensils, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (coffee, creamer, sugar), and air fryer to satisfy your weekend needs. Other amenities include free parking and Wi-Fi, and gas grill. When guests go outside, they will find a covered porch with two chairs and the outdoor fire table has more seating for star gazing (black sky- no city lights). Also, outdoor table and chairs for dining. There will NEVER be anyone in the Gray Cabin unless you rent it so you can use the extra beds. The fully fenced acre will let your small to medium size dog race around and go crazy with freedom!
