Tony is a descendant of those family members whose foresight allowed us to be here today. The plantation is rich in Civil War history and people still find arrowhead 's, Civil war buttons and other Civil War related items on the dirt roads where the soldiers marched through the plantation. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood where owners enjoy the country life.

If you have a boat, feel free to bring it with you when you come, we are very close to the Live Oak Landing boat ramp where I took the picture of the sunset. As the day winds down to an end you can relax by a campfire or just head inside and kick back and watch a movie from the library of dvd's that are available. We have our home on the backside of the property but are more than willing to share our beautiful spot for travelers that may need a place to stay to visit Beaufort or Parris Island or even an overflow spot when Hunting Island cannot accommodate you every day. Learn more about this land: Private, semi-woodsy, Level site with water, septic, and electricity, can accommodate up to 60' Diesel Pushers, and 5th wheels. We have 30 amp and 50 amp for larger campers, as well as your Internet for the site. The Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away if you want to visit the beautiful Hunting Island. Several saltwater boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. Bring your RV and your boat.

It is about a 40 min drive into Charleston which is expensive to camp near. This is an affordable and nice park
