Bird Song is a peaceful place to relax. Enjoy nature while still having the convenience of dining, shopping, and attractions nearby. There’s a boat landing in the neighborhood for boats and kayaks — it’s also a great spot for crabbing. A CVS Pharmacy, grocery stores, and a laundromat are all close by. Downtown Charleston is just a 15-minute drive, and renowned plantations are only 6 miles away. Folly Beach is about a 30–40 minute drive. The site includes full hookups, a fire pit with grill top, and a poly picnic table. Enjoy swinging in the nearby hammocks while listening to shorebirds flying in from the nearby marsh. Two free parking spaces are provided. There is Wi-Fi on-site.

Birdsong is a beautiful place to relax. We are located in a quiet setting but close to dining shopping and attractions. We are backed up to the marsh and a pond which attracts many different birds. Our neighborhood is great for biking or walking. There is a boat ramp about 1 mile from us which is great for crabbing or smaller boats. There is a laundromat and a pharmacy close by.

Cute spot in a great location! Not too far from downtown and even the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The host was very accommodating and made the whole process very simple would. Would recommend and will stay again.

Loved how close this place was to literally everything! This spot is close to the plantations, 25 minutes to City Market, and 30 to Folly Beach. We camped here over Thanksgiving weekend and had dinner with family in Summerville. Thanks to this spot’s prime location, we were able to turn the weekend into a mini vacation!! The spot was clean and level. All amenities worked well. The fire pit, chairs, and table are all clean, sturdy, and cozy. Neighbors were all quiet and respectful. We saw ducks, geese, squirrels, and an adorable raccoon. Of note: This is in a residential neighborhood. It would be tight for someone with a larger RV/there are some low hanging trees depending on the direction you come/go. There is also some road noise/nighttime outdoor lights. These things are obviously to be expected and are not negatives - just mentioning for awareness of future campers.

Easy to back in. Plenty of room. Level left to right. Friendly host. In a quiet neighborhood. Rode bicycle in neighborhood streets about a mile to pick up takeout grilled mussel sandwiches. Minimal traffic. Nice to be away from an RV park ! Full hookup!

Great stay. Hosts very responsive and made it easy. Spot was easy to access and utilities were set up well. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.
