I camped out there for 4 nights with no issue and slept like a baby. The place is affordable, organized, and right next to the Merced River. It's only 20 minutes from the Yosemite National Park. There is a bubbly host if you need to check in and the site comes with your own bear locker, fire pit, and picnic table. There are also bathrooms but no showers. I went to the Indian RV campground that was 7 minutes away and paid $3 to use their shower. The only thing I would like to mention is that you have to past Incline Road and past the Dry Glutch campground to get to this one. I missed it the first time when I checked in around 10PM.

My secret spot in the Yosemite area! You used to not need a reservation but now you do... cheaper and higher availability than the traditional Yosemite sites. You can even take the bus into the park from there :)
