Ever had that perfect spot where the sky is clear, the air is fresh, and the view is wonderful? This is it! A great place for small groups, kayaking, floating the river or biking the Trail of the CDA's. The hosts are kind. Communication is excellent! Directions are clear!

Mike and Brenda are really nice people. Their property is right on the river and the perfect spot to relax and unplug. We'll definitely be back if we can ever find a weekend that isn't already booked.

Mike and Brenda’s place is a perfect place to park your rv during a trip to ride the bike trail. It is such a beautiful area , remote and private yet right next to the trail ! We always try to stay here on our bike trips. Mike is such a great host and we always enjoy chatting with him. Thank you so much!

Our family had another wonderful stay at Mike and Brenda‘s beautiful spot by the river (year 4!!). We always bike in along the trail of Coeur d’Alene and appreciate the location as a perfect camping spot for our family.

Beautiful, private spot next to the river and the Trail of the Coeur D’Alenes. We enjoyed biking, paddle boarding, and some quiet time in the site. Mike communicated well and we had a great trip. Thanks!

Great site and great hosts! The location could not have been better for us, biking on the Trail of the CDA, kayaking on the CDA river and just enjoying all the wildlife and serenity of the river flowing by. We couldn't have picked a better spot and our hosts were excellent.

We arrived with late add on's to our group. didn't think this would be a big issue as this site allows a second rig on it! We were traveling at the time and not in Wi Fi range, So we tried to call 3 times to adjust the reservation but could not get through as cell coverage in Mike's area, as it turns out is minimal! On arrival we promptly informed Mike of the situation. He mentioned to us we had to go onto the hip camp site to add our friends, which we did, we had two drive 45 min to get coverage. We could only find out how to add guests. We noticed as passing his house on our phones that he had a guest wifi, which he very aggressively told us that wasn't ours to use. He was very aggressive and unwilling to help with how to go about adding a second trailer . We acknowledged our mistake but had zero help from him.
After a second time out to get Wi Fi, we were finally able to get this sorted.
This was a very Frustrating and Humiliating Experience for all of us, we were actually in a bit of "Shock"
This is both a "Host" and a Hip Camp issue as it was not easy to figure out how to actually get this sorted. Nor did Mike seem to know how to "Pleasantly" give us the information.

Up front we werent able to camp because a devastating storm hit our town. But, we have ridden our bikes along here and it is beautiful. Our rating pertains to the host who was very informative and responsive all along the way. Planning on still camping here this year.

WOW not only did the owner book us last min it ending up being the best trip. A must visit camping right on the water with shade and so quiet. We will definitely be back with some friends enough room to rent both sites and have a fantastic trip.

We absolutely love this camping spot. We are return visitors and it is a highlight of our summer. Perfect spot to camp while biking on the Trail of CDA. We swam in the river, played in the field, and slept soundly. We'll be back again next summer.

It was perfectly landscaped beautiful right next to river and So quiet! He was right there to great us and we even got to check in a few hours early😉 we will be back for sure its a 10 outta 10 for us!
