A quaint site with trees, fire pit and BBQ area. Horse shoe pit and plenty of area for outdoor activities. We have a water tank for topping off your water tank but black water must be dumped at dump station less than 2 miles away. We are about 40 miles from the Grand Canyon, 65 miles from Sedona and 8 miles from downtown Williams. Fishing lake is just 5 miles up the road at Lake Kaibab. The Grand Canyon Train leaves twice a day out of Williams. For our tent campers... we have a restroom with a Chemical porta flush toilet, Sink and a nice cold outdoor shower (very private). For the kids or big kid in all of us... there is a trampoline, Swings and disc swing. For the older folk in us...For the young ones, there is a fort and slide.

When we are at camp...we do happy hour everyday at 4pm. You are more than welcome to bring your drink of choice and meet new friends... or feel free to stay to yourselves... we will not be offended either way. Friendly pets are always allowed but must be on leash and we ask that you please pick up after them.

NOTE: We have a very strict cancellation policy... you may cancel up to ONE hour after you get here! If you don't like it... we want you to be happy... That's it!

Site one: (Dreamin Drive) Good for tent camping or RV/Trailer up to 32ft

Site two: (Loafer Lane) Good for tent camping or RV up to 25ft or Trailer up to 18ft.

Site three: (Slumber Way) Good for RV/Trailer only up to 32 ft (back in only)

Site Four: (Snooze Alley) Good for RV up to 26ft or small trailer up to 16ft due to turn around area.

Site Five: Van or Tent camping only.
