    We have just under 4 acres of mostly wooded land, located a short drive from downtown Fairbanks. Our house is at the front of the property. The RV/tent camping/parking area is down the lower driveway. Summer of 2023 we will be working on trails through the woods and possibly making a camp site somewhere in the woods, as well as other modifications to make things more enjoyable. There is a small creek at the back of the property. Behind the property is one of two golf courses in the Fairbanks area.
