Temps are Perfect for warming near an outdoor fire, snow shoeing (if we are lucky) and bundling in a warm van or tent. Spring offers emerging wildflowers, frog-songs from a nearby wetland and the scent of cedar warmed by the sun. Summer bursts with birdsongs, forest sights in full glory, swimming in the Stilly River, nearby and warm evenings perfect for stargazing with spectacular views of the milky way. Fall brings colorful foliage and the sleepy feel of plants and animals preparing for a winter to come. Each season brings unique experiences to the Meadows at the Farm.
