What an amazing spot in nature! This was an incredible getaway, such a quiet and natural space with birds, surrounded by trees and the very nearby woodlands which are covered in mushrooms, more than we could count! It was so peaceful, we loved the natural space and eco-friendly touches. We definitely want to return again! It was magical!

Really great site. Managed really well. Amazing spot in the woods and plenty of space between yourself and other campers.
Firepits are provided and you can buy wood for fires if you need.
There are some great walks nearby and plenty of stargazing!
Would really recommend this site. Had a really wonderful weekend here.
(There is a closing time of 7pm which is to be aware of and not being able to enter after that point so just something to be aware if traffic or travelling far after work.)
The toilets, eco and flushing, were really good. Didn't use the showers so cant say!

Quiet, sheltered and peaceful spot. Great location for using as a base to explore North Hampshire villages and walking trails. Was lovely in The Clearing - so much so we stayed on for an extra night! Facilities are rustic/simple (head torch needed to use the toilets day and night!) but they do the job as long as you’re prepared to get back to basics!

This was a super last-minute booking, despite knowing that it was going to be pretty wet all weekend. Despite the rain, this was a magical place and my son and I had a special time together. The rain maybe made it even more special.
Anna is lovely and very helpful and their dog spent quite a lot of time with us because he realised we would continue to throw a stick for it until we went to sleep. Which was bliss!

Bill and Helen are so lovely and accommodating. A very ebullient and energetic couple. They rallied all the campers together on our last night to play volleyball as the site was closing for the season the next day. There’s a volleyball and badminton net in the middle of the field with rackets etc supplied if you just want a fun knock up. There pitch sizes are great are really generously spaced out. Loved the llamas and the fresh hen eggs that Helen left out for grabs one morning.! Couldn’t fault this place. We will be back.

Pros:
- Loads of space to pitch / feels private
- Easy to get to
- Mel (host) was really helpful and welcoming
- Clean and relatively flat site
- We had the fire pit/wood bundle and thought it was well worth the money
- Access to sink & clean water
- Plenty of walks nearby (we did the lacock circular hike on AllTrails which was a short drive away & £5 to park in the nation trust car park all day)
Might bother some people:
- The toilets are porta-loos (they were clean though)
- No shower facilities for longer stays

Weekend Trip to Wolford Wood Camping & Cabins
This is a beautiful campsite in a stunning area of England and the hosts are so delightful. its all simple and safe and we had a really good time.
A few points of clarity for us would have been, the purchases for site ( logs ) need to be a bit more structured on how much you can have per purchase, but we paid up for what we used in the end.
Truly cannot compliment the hosts and site enough though, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely big flat field next to a quiet lane with good access. Nice view out to the White Horse on the hill and close enough to a pub :)
We basically had the whole place to ourselves, but there is loads of room.

A wonderful small site with all the facilities you need. Bill made us feel truly welcome. A short walk from the site into the woods and to the river, perfect for the dog to cool off and swim. Some evening noise from Sandy Balls but as explained in the site description. It was handy having those site facilities right next door. We’d definitely return.

It was great. The facilities are really good and the owners are friendly. I would stay again but not on pitch 2 as it's on a hill and our bed was a bit lopsided! The toilets should also just be unisex as I used the men's when it was free and got tutted at even though there was a queue for the women and no men when I went in and the toilets were just toilets not anything like a urinal or like a load of toilets. Just single toilets both exactly the same. Anyway, that's just a detail and overall we had a brilliant time thank you!

We loved our time at Teddy’s Farm. It has big, spacious fields and good facilities. There was a coffee/ cocktail bar, a pizza place that cooked fresh, good priced pizza on the spot and a breakfast van. Teddy was very friendly and helpful. He was accommodating even though we pitched up in the wrong place accidentally. The kids loved it. On the first field it can get a bit dusty when cars drive by, but the big field at the back of the farm isn't affected by this. There are lots of great trails and forest walks nearby, short drive away is the Tall Trees Trail which is beautiful. You can also walk to the forest from the farm if you don’t want to drive. We had the best time in the Shepherd's Huts - it's such a magical place to stay, with beautiful views over the fields and even it's own little woodland walk. We spent two nights just us and our son, then my cousins pitched a tent on the third night. It was so peaceful to be surrounded by nature and have the place to ourselves. The huts were beautiful and cosy and the beds were comfy too. There was everything we needed to have a camping experience that felt both wild yet easy and with all that we needed. Thanks Abbey Home Farm!
