The yurt is equipped with a queen sized bed and a futon that converts to a double bed. The kitchenette has a propane gas burner for cooking. A private outhouse is located on the site. Below is a list of items included. - 10 litres of drinking water/per day - large cooler to store food - kitchen utensils (pots, pans, cutlery ,dishes, glasses, can opener) - bodum coffee maker - kettle - dish soap and sponge - tea towls - bedroom linens and pillows - propane for kitchen burner - firewood and kindling - matches - first aid kit - fire extinguisher

Northfield Yurt

Amazing experience! The yurt is gorgeously hand painted, set in a beautiful mature forest, with hundreds of trilliums blooming everywhere. The mattress was comfy and warm, we grilled our supper on the fire outside and watched the stars peek out over head. On the way back through the path, you get a beautiful view of the farm and then we were greeted by cows who came running for head scratches. What a wonderful stay, I hope to be back soon.
