Jacks Cabin was a perfect cozy cottage in the woods. Beautiful property and plenty of classic board games to play by fire light. The wood stove kept up very warm throughout the night. The only con is the outhouse has a window but no curtain. Its a small critique but worth mentioning. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone looking to get away for a quiet weekend check out this property.

Natalie's bunkie is a truly magical place! The cabin itself is so cozy and thoughtfully provisioned with everything you could need all season round, from practical supplies like cutlery and cookware and a wood-burning stove to keep you warm on cool autumn nights to board games and paperback books and even a portable DVD player for makeshift movie screenings, if you can peel your eyes away from the view of the starry night sky. The bunkie sits on a scenic body of water and a waterfall that make for great canoeing and swimming or admiring over morning coffee, and the rest of Natalie's property is bursting with whimsical art installments as well as gardens, fire pits, fairy lights, and fields of flowers. My partner and I have visited twice - in the summer and the in the fall - and have found each season and each stay so uniquely gorgeous and relaxing. If you are looking for a place to retreat from the noise of the world, the bunkie is perfect. Natalie is so warm and welcoming and has put so much care and attention into providing people with a home away from home.

Highly recommended trip with Henry and his funky bunkie! I love every single minute in it. Very clean place, they provide everything you need. Just bring food. Henry is very friendly and intelligent, this bunkie he built is filled with of characters. It’ll be better if the fire pit was closer to the bunkie. We arrived the on the holiday weekend for Thanksgiving and we were fortunate enough to get the Bunkie for an evening unrelatively short notice through HipCamp. The girlfriend and I wanted a small getaway even though we lived within 2 hours of the funky Bunkie. It was unfortunately raining and not very nice weather that evening. My girlfriend and I settled in made ourselves comfortable and we quite enjoyed our secluded getaway. A couple of times the stars broke out in the evening and it was a beautiful sight. That being said, Henry, the host give us a tour throughout his amazing property. If anybody who reads this post to the fullest, you will meet the "Doc Brown" of environmental building. What he's done with what he outsourced and is pretty mind-blowing at a construction standpoint. If you're into the stuff, Henry ia enthusiastic to share his creations. :) Henry and his wife have been amazing hosts and looking for ward to visiting again.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us back with open arms, making us feel right at home. The magic of this place is all thanks to the incredible hosts who treat every guest like family. We had a great time visiting with the farm animals and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of their barn. The provided firewood was a thoughtful touch that made our nights around the campfire so much easier. We really enjoyed the campsite and the overall park was great. From the trails to the dog park, fishing dock, beach area, and clean amenities, the park was well maintained and easy to get around. The host, Monica is fabulous! She is incredibly welcoming and very guest focused - we loved our trip so much that we are likely getting a seasonal site to enjoy the park all season long! The park is very dog friendly, which was a bonus for us and our furry family member. Highly recommend the park for its super homey atmosphere and hidden gems when you're out for an adventure!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved our stay at Judy’s Yurt! From the moment we arrived, Judy’s kindness and warm welcome made us feel right at home. The property is truly special — peaceful, private, and filled with natural beauty. The yurt itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, giving us the perfect balance of rustic charm and relaxation. We especially enjoyed the sauna, which was such a treat after a day outdoors. The natural swimming pond was refreshing and serene, and the separate pond full of turtles and wildlife was magical to sit by — it felt like stepping into a little nature sanctuary. Judy’s property is a place where you can completely unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else.
