There's open fields, forest, wetlands and paddocks full of all sorts of animals. Towards the back, there's several small ponds and a river that runs through the property. Located in the north east corner of Sudbury, in the town of Hanmer, Ontario. Sudbury is known as the Blueberry Capitol. The small mining town has grown into a good sized city which is situated in a crater. It's prime location is a haven for geologists, blueberry pickers, snowmobilers, and fishermen. With over 50 lakes close by, and lots of ATV/sled trails, it's a great recreational place with lots to do or sit back and enjoy the peaceful scenery.Learn more about this land:Welcome to our family-friendly farm! There are only a handful of places in the world where there is such a thing and here we have one in our backyard to share with you! 1600 lavender plants, you can sit in it for a whole day without being disturbed. The smells are unreal and groomed trails you can walk through. We welcome everyone, We ask that you respect the rules of the land. No Alcohol is permitted anywhere on site. This is our most import rule here.The night sky is the most black in the country, Dark sky conservation area is very close by. Bring your telescope or binoculars. The forest is a bird watcher’s and nature lover’s paradise. I have developed miles of flat groomed trails and a 3-acre pond (plus several bush ponds). The sites are spread around the pond and are close but not right beside it. There is an abundant amount of wildlife to explore: birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects and mammals call this home. There is a small swimming hole on the island but otherwise the pond is full of aquatic life. The sites and trails are maintained all year long and the forest is quiet and beautiful. I have planted over 3000 trees with the help of the Severn Sound Environmental Association. The forest is registered as a managed woodlot with the province and habitat preservation/restoration is the priority goal. Please DO NOT bring firewood for your visit. I have large bags of cured firewood that was sustainable harvested from the forest available. Invasive insects and disease can be transferred from imported wood. Guests are welcome to quietly explore the forest trails but are asked to stay on the trail. Many birds and animals nest in the forest. My campsite is family-friendly (and pet-friendly), and 420 friendly too. Guests can easily drive up to and park at all campsites. My camp site is tolerant and respectful of all humans, animals and things. The Yurtle structures were built from Hemlock trees that were cut from this forest and processed into boards, then engineered into unique camping huts. Large windows capture the glory of the surrounding forest and sun sets, while wood stoves warm campers on those cold days/nights. The Ranch

We have four sites with 30 amp RV power. Site 1 is in our opinion the best site but not the easiest to get in with a larger rig but have had a 43 ft unit in there. Site 2 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only. Site 3 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only. Site 4 is also fairly level and grass. It is pull through and offers a view of the lake. There is plenty of room to park tow or pull vehicle. Should one need there are leveling blocks available to use located to the right of site 2. The sites now have numbers either on the power posts or the panel box for ease of locating your spot. At present three of the sites have water feed from our home with potable water via garden hose. You may need to connect your hose to the supply line to reach your unit. When weather permits, early spring and late fall may not be available.

The smells are unreal and groomed trails you can walk through. We welcome everyone, We ask that you respect the rules of the land. No Alcohol is permitted anywhere on site. This is our most import rule here.The night sky is the most black in the country, Dark sky conservation area is very close by. Bring your telescope or binoculars. Cedar Creek Forest Camping

Welcome to Cedar Creek Forest Camping! Voted second best campsite in Canada in 2021 and ranked number 2 in Ontario in 2022. I have 97 acres of very private camping. The forest is a bird watcher’s and nature lover’s paradise. I have developed miles of flat groomed trails and a 3-acre pond (plus several bush ponds). The sites are spread around the pond and are close but not right beside it. There is an abundant amount of wildlife to explore: birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects and mammals call this home. There is a small swimming hole on the island but otherwise the pond is full of aquatic life. The sites and trails are maintained all year long and the forest is quiet and beautiful. I have planted over 3000 trees with the help of the Severn Sound Environmental Association. The forest is registered as a managed woodlot with the province and habitat preservation/restoration is the priority goal. Please DO NOT bring firewood for your visit. I have large bags of cured firewood that was sustainable harvested from the forest available. Invasive insects and disease can be transferred from imported wood. Guests are welcome to quietly explore the forest trails but are asked to stay on the trail. Many birds and animals nest in the forest. My campsite is family-friendly (and pet-friendly), and 420 friendly too. Guests can easily drive up to and park at all campsites. My camp site is tolerant and respectful of all humans, animals and things. The Yurtle structures were built from Hemlock trees that were cut from this forest and processed into boards, then engineered into unique camping huts. Large windows capture the glory of the surrounding forest and sun sets, while wood stoves warm campers on those cold days/nights. Willow Lane Farm is a Heritage Breed Poultry farm that runs a small rescue/sanctuary for livestock. The Main farm is situated on 60 acres which backs onto crown land. There's open fields, forest, wetlands and paddocks full of all sorts of animals. Towards the back, there's several small ponds and a river that runs through the property. Located in the north east corner of Sudbury, in the town of Hanmer, Ontario. Sudbury is known as the Blueberry Capitol. The small mining town has grown into a good sized city which is situated in a crater. It's prime location is a haven for geologists, blueberry pickers, snowmobilers, and fishermen. With over 50 lakes close by, and lots of ATV/sled trails, it's a great recreational place with lots to do or sit back and enjoy the peaceful scenery.Learn more about this land:Welcome to our family-friendly farm!
