Walkable distance is a pizza and ice-cream parlour. There are plenty of walking trails accessible from the acreage.
One beach is accessible within walking distance (45 min ish) but the return is uphill! Other beaches are in cycling distance if you want to avoid driving.
Nature is in abundance here. Ocean, lakes, forests and mountains, all within a short distance on the island.
