Here you will find a nice open space amongst the gum trees with drinking water, toilet, and outdoor shower. rubbish/recycling bins and access to wifi if needed. Relax under the stars with a warm fire in a secluded spot in the middle of open space and the fresh air. The property is fenced off, so you can feel safe and secure. You can relax and let the kids can run around knowing they are safe inside the camp ground. The farm is completely surrounded by the Wellsford state forest which offers bush walking and many tracks for bike riding. Mt Sugarloaf which is situated south of the property provides a great hike. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets create beautiful reflections on the water in the numerous dams on the property. Rainfall can restrict access to sites on the property. The city of Bendigo is 25mins drive. Epsom is a 15min drive where you will find a shopping centre which includes a petrol station, Woollies, Pizza, Chemist Warehouse, Aldi, Brumbys Bakery, Reject Shop, Fish and Chips and BWS. Lake Eppalock is a 25min drive where you can engage in water sport activities. The Campaspe River is 10mins away. The farm is very quiet and restful with the sounds of abundant native bird life and provides great subjects and scenery for the photographic enthusiast.

Our property is located in Heathcote just 30 minutes from Bendigo. The property has plenty of space for a variety of camping options that will suit your needs. We are a 20 minute drive from Lake Eppalock which is a great spot for those who love their fishing, boating and swimming. We are 10 minutes from the O'Keefe Trail which is perfect for those who like to explore by bike or by foot. There are a variety of great wineries and cellar doors nearby for you to explore, most of who sell their own local produce. Local pub and a variety of cafes are all within a 15 minutes drive. We are also close to 4WD and motorbike tracks, campers are not permitted to ride motorbikes on the property. Campfires are permitted out of the fireban season, please check the CFA website to be up to date with any restrictions at the time of your stay. Campers must use the fire drum available to them. The shelter area also an old BBQ that you are welcome to use. Please take all waste with you and leave the site as you found it.

There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Crusoe's corner is a small simple block of Aussie Bush only 8 minutes to Kangaroo Flat and only 15 minutes to Bendigo itself. Its a simple block with running alongside "Crusoe Road', nearby there is Crusoe Reservoir which is stocked with fish and swimming is allowed. This property has easy 2WD drive access on and off the property, slight caution if it is really rainy. There is a main residence on the property which needs to be driven past when coming and going from the site, but when setting up the campsite it is a fair distance away to allow everyone adequate privacy. As its approximately 4 Acres, as its vegetative protective overlay, trees are NOT allowed to be cut down. Fires are allowed DEPENDING on VIC fire rules - must be within a cleared area and within a B.Y.O firepit. We do not take responsibility for any issues with fire. Leave nothing but a footprint, a beautiful simple block close to Bendigo. **Pets are allowed, but there is no fencing/ please be mindful there are livestock within neighbour vicinity, all animals must be kept under control**

A lovely almost 1-acre block. Some clear spaces. Lots of shade too. Bordering with a public reserve with public toilets, (You have your own on site Loo) you have town water and lots of private space. Plenty of parking. Private gate entry to the river reserve. An enclosed cabin with a queen bed with hot water and shower is available. BBQ and private outdoor bath for relaxing in. Solar power to recharge your phone as well as a generator for ancillaries like hair dryers etc. All only 50 meters from the Loddon River and boat and canoe ramp. Very comfy queen bed. So bring a caravan or tent or use the cabin. Up to you! You need to bring your own petrol for Generator, Toilet Paper, Linen or sleeping bag and firewood. 10 Mins from Newbridge (Pub with great Meals and general Store) and 15 mins from Dunolly and historic Maldon for fuel with main amenities (Bank, Supermarket, Pub and Chemist etc etc). Why camp with everyone else, when you can have this space to yourself with your cars, caravans and some of the creature comforts of home.
