Off-leash friendly

An iron bark forest on the outskirts of Maiden Gully. Only 3km to the Maiden Gully IGA, bakery, pharmacy, post office. And only 10km from the Bendigo CBD. If you’re looking for a short term stay around Bendigo and have a caravan, we have a perfect spot for you. The spot has access to power and water. The site is located on blue metal rocks at the front of the property. The property has a couple of small dams for your furry friend. Have an array of bird life, wallaby’s and kangaroos. And the occasional echidna.

Great Stay Close to Town
We enjoyed Michael’s property over Easter weekend. Very accommodating for a last minute booking. Prompt with communication & informed us of pending weather to stay safe. You will have a little traffic noise, but that’s expected :) Overall great stay & would recommend if wanting to stay local to an area with great amenities around. Thank you.

Fountain One
Overnight caravan spot
Great spot near to Bendigo. Gravel base, not level. Power is 15A, so bring your adapter for caravans. Water is in a good location but a bit hard to find. Host was lovely.

Fountain One
We generally enjoyed our time at Fountain One with the site being away from other campers and although we were directly in front of the owners home it still felt private enough. The property is on a main highway and although we expected road noise it was much greater/louder than we anticipated being parked at the front. Michael was an amicable host and left us to do our own thing which was much appreciated.

Gum Trail Two
Great place to stay on the edge of Bendigo, with a bush feel. Easy to find, good directions given by Michael. Close to wineries. Would definitely stay again. Was great to be able to take out dog along!

Gum Trail Two
Very accommodating host. Unfortunately we arrived late and left early so we were unable to experience the campsite to it's full potential. We arrived in the dark and after it had rained quite a lot and was invited to stay closer to the house so we didn't need to set up on the wet ground which I thought was a very lovely gesture.

Bush setting close to town
We were the first to stay on Michael and Rachels caravan site. Its definitely a work in progress but the whole family were so understanding and accomadating. Their kids came up and took my boys to see the dams and newly hatched chicks. Possible potential to provide (sell) honey, fruit and eggs to travellers in the future? as the property develops. Its a Great location for bush lovers, on 40ac, and massive scrubland (Bendigo nature reserve?) across the road. Things to note; only 10km to Bendigo cbd; 3km to iga and bottleo; there is road noise during the day but nothing noticeable after 6pm. You are located in front of the house, but the family accesses from a seperate driveway and through the rear of the house
