Nestled into gently undulating terrain on 11.5 acres, the cypress tree-lined driveway creates a calming sense of arrival which reinforces the rural idyll of a stunning property teeming with wildlife. The property offers the best of both worlds- park like surrounds with gates that open directly onto gorgeous Bushlands of over 50acres and a seasonal creek. The property has a lake on it and it borders a stunning walking trail which leads toward Bendigo or Malmsbury. The property also has a tennis court which you are welcome to use. My family and l live on the property but as it’s so large there is plenty of room for everyone to frolic!Your 70’s original condition caravan awaits you! It has a double bed. There is a flushing toilet next to the caravan but no shower. The caravan is under shelter and is powered. It is close to our house but has its own seperate parking area/entrance. The is a lake with kayaks and SUP which you are welcome to use and a campfire as well. There is a tennis court which you are welcome to use also. Walking trail is only about 100m from the caravan. You are welcome to use the bush kitchen which has a bbq and table and chairs and cooling implements, plates, crockery and a sink to wash up in. A fold out bed can be supplied for the caravan for a child to sleep on.
