Sit back in the afternoon and enjoy nature at its best and then a beautiful warm campfire, perfect!! Whether you're camping in a tent or vehicle, there's plenty of space to set up. Peaceful Pond is our 10-acre property in bushland, just 15 minutes from the village of Karuah, NSW. The pond has an island, reached via a floating bridge. Enjoy the tranquility of listening to the abundant birdlife, or swim in the cool, clear water, among the waterlilies. If you prefer more activity you can paddle a kayak or go for a bush walk. There are pushbikes available to ride through the bush tracks to the river, if you feel energetic. You may see wallabies and kangaroos, goannas, and even echidnas. The dark night skies are ablaze with stars for you to enjoy. Tim and Vicki will welcome you, point out your site, and give you access to drinking water from their rainwater tank. Pets are welcome please pick up after them. All dogs from now on must be on a leash at all times as you cannot predict what other campers's dog is going to be like. Any dog on the NSW dangerous dogs list is absolutely not welcome here. Free use of fire pits. 1st wheelbarrow of firewood is free. After that $15 for 20kg bag. Hot showers and decent toilets, Good mobile phone signal. Two Communal Fridges .There is lots of space for campers. We have two sites with shade, the rest without. We suggest you bring a decent quality gazebo or equivalent. If you choose a non-shady site and then it's sunny, it is beyond our control. We are located on a dead end road, so very rare to have any traffic after 8pm. PLEASE NOTE: 1) We ONLY ALLOW ONE camper trailer or ONE caravan per site. Joanna was quick to respond to our last minute camping trip booking. She was helpful with helping us manage our camper, advising on the most convenient spots on her property. We had privacy and plenty of space. We'll definitely come back should we camp in the Wyong area again.

Truly excellent sites at Banjos. Joanne was most accommodating when we arrived offering to show us the property to see where best suited us whilst not hindering the others there. Access is slightly rutted but our 21ft road caravan made it into the first area with no issues just take your time :) Landscape views were amazing and there was so much space and privacy which was perfect. Definitely recommend this camp to those who are self contained and who want some space for themselves. 10/10. Thanks Jo!

We loved the serenity of Banjo's Retreat! Plenty of space, the campground was really well maintained. Although we shared the paddock we were on with another camper, it was still a private feel. Joanne and Barry were great hosts and made sure that we knew if we needed anything they were more than happy to help. We highly recommend!

Myalls Away was the perfect place for us to stay over Easter. Only a couple of groups staying here and felt really private and like our own little campsite <3 Michael was super lovely!! and his pup Halo made sure to check on us at dinner time : )

We had a lovely Easter long weekend at peaceful pond. The kids had an absolute ball keeping themselves busy, Vickie and Tim were amazing hosts and so very accommodating for us, we would recommend Peaceful Pond to anyone.

Excellent location, nice grounds. We pitched just near the small dam with the pump shed. All you need for a stay in the region. Good and prompt communication with Micheal the owner through-out. Can’t recommend it enough.

We loved our five day stay at Myalls Away. Plenty of space so you’re not squeezed in next to other campers, the water on site was a bonus and daily visits from Halo the geriatric Staffy made us feel right at home. Loved that there was fire pits provided and the grounds were freshly mown. Really close to Neranie a fave lake spot and Seal Rocks. Would camp there again!
