Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. Located half an hours drive Northeast of Dorrigo and 1 hour West of Coffs Harbour (via Eastern Dorrigo Way) in the beautiful Bellingen Shire, surrounded by various National Parks with 4WD tracks, crystal clear creeks, waterfalls, cascades, swimming holes and picnic areas.
The property is 400 acres featuring spring fed mountain streams, cascades and waterfalls that run through its central gorge. First surveyed in 1906 and logged in the days of bullocks and hand saws, remnants of a bygone era remain including the “Jack Feeney Memorial Giant Tallowwood Tree”, a Champion Tree of Australia listed in the National Register of Big Trees. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.
The landscape starts in dense Sub-Tropical Rainforest opening up to lush green pastures overlooking the amazing views to the west showcasing hedge-rowed rolling hillsides and 1600m high mountain range towards Marengo.
The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees.
Similarly, the flora is very diverse including Native Tall Hardwoods, various types of Palms and tree ferns, Rainforest and flowering Trees, Vines, flowering grasses, Stag Elk horns and other epiphytes, Crows nests, Mosses, Orchids and more.
A magical land that time forgot - Tranquil and Peaceful. A working cattle property on the Clarence River. Relax, unwind and enjoy the amazing river views and sunsets. Access to river for swimming, fishing and kayaking. 'The Hut' is fully self-contained,
with kitchen, bathroom, TV, ceiling fans. We supply BBQ, Camp oven, Chairs and Tables.
It sleeps up to six guests, with 1 Double bed and 2 sets of bunks. All beds have Doonas and Pillows.
For groups of more than six, we have the 'Donga'
next door, which sleeps up to another four.
The Donga has its own bathroom and beds in one large room dormitory style.
Doonas and pillows are supplied. 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
Tea towels, Bath mats and hand towels supplied. BYO Sheets and Towels.
Group bookings of up to 20
are welcome using additional room for tents. We offer capacity for up to 8 people in tents in addition to the 6 guests in the Hut and the 4 guests in the Donga.
Access is only possible for 4WD. Our track into Hut is 4WD only.
Peak time prices apply. There is no Wifi available however there is very good mobile coverage. Tinny’s or Kayaks can’t be put in directly at hut, however we can show you where you can put them in on our property.
We have 2 tandem Kayaks available for your use during your stay - Kid’s must wear life jackets at all times when using the kayaks. Additionally, if you have booked the hut for 6 and under guests, however you would still like some privacy, an option in extras is to book the Donga also for $80 per night.

Bellinger River Tourist Park has had many names in the past, including Wondecla Caravan Park, Repton Gardens and Repton Riverside Tourist Park but was originally a saw mill in the 1870's.
Bellinger River Tourist Park took over in 2009. We have been slowly improving the land along the way and hope to make more improvements as we go.
Adored by both young and old, you can find us halfway between Brisbane and Sydney, 3km off the Pacific Highway in the small town of Repton, just 10 minutes drive from the well known arts and craft town of Bellingen and just 15 minutes south of the conveniences and attractions of Coffs Harbour.
Our park has a variety of accommodation options available to suit your needs and budget. Choose to stay at one of our powered or unpowered caravan and camping sites, with our waterfront sites large enough to accommodate all types of camper trailers, caravans and motor homes.
As a Pet friendly park, you can bring along your additional family member on holidays with you, subject to the conditions of our Pet Policy.
For the convenience of our guests, our Family Orientated Amenities block features 10 suites with hair dryers disabled shower, baby room, men’s room, guest laundry and a filtered water bottle station.
We have a dump point located onsite with easy access.
Bring your boat and your fishing rod along, and enjoy the magical sunrises and sunsets of the serene Bellinger River, right from your site.
Pet Policy:
Pets must be kept on a lead (retractable lead locked at no more than 1.5 metres) at all times and either retained by hand by an adult or tied up within your camp site. There is no “off leash area” in the park.
Pets are not to be left unattended whilst you go out, they must go out with you.
Pet owners are responsible for collection and disposal of their pet’s waste which must be sealed in a bag and disposed of in a rubbish bin. Bags are available for purchase in the office.
Pet owners are personally responsible and liable for any and all injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions relating to their pet.
For the enjoyments of all guests, please do not allow your pet to urinate etc on any guests site or property.
For health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted in the Amenities Block, Laundry, Camp Kitchen, Community Garden, Pool (including pool area), BBQ area, or near, in or under Villas.
If you wish to bath your pet, we have a bath located near the Back Boom Gate. Please feel free to use it.
Please DO NOT wash pet bedding in the washing machines, dryers or laundry troughs.
The Park Manager reserves the right to request that a pet and its owner leave the park if the pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or inhibits the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Any and all monies will be forfeited if such a case arises.

A short two minute drive (approx 3kms) to the beautiful Blue Hole Picnic Area and Gara Gorge offers swimming, picnic seating, BBQ and bush walking in a scenic bush setting with clean toilets. Armidale is home to many gorges and national parks like no other region. Dangars falls is a stunning waterfall with a picnic area.
This rural property suits self sufficient campers only with own drinking water and shower/toilet amenities. All campers must take their rubbish with them leaving no trace - no bins provided.
Please note that wifi is limited in this camping area by the river. You will find certain spots around the area that will work more efficiently. We do not offer wifi.

'Killarney Nymboida River' is a family run working cattle farm on the banks of the pristine Nymboida River, located 47km Southwest of Grafton.
Our accommodation would perfectly suit a few couples, 2 families or a group of up to 10 people. Your booking will include both The Cottage and The Shed.
'The Cottage' is open plan with loft style accommodation with 2 x queen beds, 2 x KS and 2 x floor mattresses. It has a lounge room area with TV, small kitchenette and bathroom. All linen is provided.
'The Shed' is also open style accommodation with 3 x double beds and 1 x KS. It also has a bathroom with laundry, Kitchenette, the kids pool table and a ping pong table. All bed linen for this area is stored in a tub in the shed and beds can be made up by guests as needed. Just bring towels!
Making memories is what we are about whether that be fishing, swimming, kayaking, watching the races in the bar over a game of pool or just sitting by the fire with your favorite tunes to relax and unwind. Some guests may be lucky enough spot a platypus or even witness the mustering team in action from a distance.
For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive.
The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Coutts Crossing also has a Tavern which does lunch and dinner most days and locally run raffles most Friday nights.
All fishing is catch and release - Please refer to the 'Rules' regarding fishing.

1. Start in Grafton, NSW.
2. Head south on the Pacific Highway (A1) towards South Grafton.
- Cross the Clarence River, then follow signs for Glen Innes.
3. Exit onto Gwydir Highway (B76) heading west.
4.Turn left onto Armidale Road (towards Coutts Crossing and Nymboida).
- This turn is about 10 km from South Grafton.
5. Continue on Armidale Road for approximately 17 km to reach Coutts Crossing.
6. Drive through Coutts Crossing, staying on Armidale Road towards Nymboida.
Coming from Armadale:
7. Follow Armidale Road for approximately 20 km beyond Coutts Crossing.
8. Turn right onto Laytons Range Road.
9. Continue on Laytons Range Road for about 5.9 km.
10. Arrive at 593 Laytons Range Road, Nymboida, NSW.
Turn Left at the Bronze YAPUNYAH sign. If you get to the BLACK MOUNTAIN ROAD sign you need to turn around. We are about 800m from the sign

Beth is the most welcoming host, she gave super clear instructions to make sure we could get to the property ok.
The property wow! It’s very private, overlooking the river and is just gorgeous. The bath was such a brilliant touch!
BBQ, shower, toilet, hot bath, fans, blankets, a fridge, kettle - whatever you need for your stay it is there!
I really cannot recommend enough, beautiful views!

My friend and I stayed in the Yurt, which was amazing to fall asleep looking at the intricate hand-painted interior. The bed and furnishing were also incredibly comfortable and stylish. The amenities on the site were really well thought out, and it was so nice to be 'off-grid' but be able to easily cook, shower, etc. We spent our days reading on the deck, swimming in the gorgeous river that runs through the property, kayaking and playing with Jess's dog Zoe who would run and swim along the river bank, following us on our little paddles (highlight). At night we made fire's which Jess had already, kindly provided wood and kindling for. Town is only a 15min drive, with great butchers and grocers for necessities, plus cute cafes and stores to waddle around and browse. We had THE best time- Jess is such a gorgeous and generous host and her property is really special!!

Peppermint falt glamping , where do I start what a spot 15/10 !! We stayed in the platypus lair , to the amazing tent set up which is like a small house , one of if not the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in , the amenities was superb , love love love ..
Oh wait there , can't leave without saying I have ticked another ozzy jewl of my animal bucket list , just made my year , both nights we cooked up a storm , and sat down beside the river and had an outstanding moment veiwing your family of platypus whist having dinner, between the platypus, water dragons and turtles we were truly spoilt , and not to mention sum beefy owl on the first night , that we couldnt see but definitely knew they were present ... thanks again for allowing people to come enjoy your true peice of paradise. And can't wait to come back as we only scratched the surface on the stunning walks in the erea ..
I can't recommend this place enough , all boxes ticked .....

Fantastic stay! Elizabeth’s place is amazing. The outdoor bath was the highlight and everything else surpassed our expectations. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and all the unique touches to the bedroom made it really homely. Elizabeth went above and beyond with some extras and was very welcoming when we met her (on horseback!) to guide us in. Thank you - we’ll be back!

The glamping pod was so lovely, well-equipped, clean and cosy. It is quite a distance from the main house on the property and therefore very private.
Great shower and the composting toilet was clean and odour-free.
Gorgeous views over the river.
Everything was as described and suited our needs perfectly.

My family and I spent 3 nights at the hut. What an amazing place. A fun little drive to reach the hut definitely would need a 4wd if you’re thinking of booking. 10/10 for me I loved it. Caught myself 3 Australian bass off the double kayak provided at the river. My kids had a blast adventuring fishing and swimming. Star gazing was a 10/10 also. Jessica was lovely and had great communication with me her hut is one you shouldn’t miss. Thanks again Jessica

Beautiful property. Had an amazing time catching up with family. The place had everything we needed and so much more. Sophie was a great host. We would love to visit again.

4 nights at ‘The Hut’ on the Clarence (4WD)
Our second visit to The Hut didn’t disappoint. If you want your own secluded piece of the upper Clarence without the crowds and you’d like some creature comforts - this is your place. Jess has the Hut set up so you can just roll in and start to relax and watch that amazing view. The river also fished the best we’ve seen it with a 40+cm Bass caught almost directly under the hut!

We had a great time staying on Janet's property. This is our second time and it's lovely to see all the hard work put into the property.
My son loves the horses and chickens.
