A beautiful property with 88% revegetated and protected emergent forest, a swimming dam with kayaks, plenty of space for walks, and located within 15 minutes of Kyneton and Woodend. It's close to Bald Hill and Black Hill Reserves, Hanging Rock, and within 45 minutes of Castlemaine and Turpins Falls, and just one hour from Melbourne CBD. Cobaw Forest is only a five-minute walk away. A car is recommended for travel to and from the train station, though a bike is an option for the more adventurous.

Multiple tent spots and Rv spot/s overlooking the dam and close to the shearing shed. The Shearing shed has two enclosed spaces- including an insulated north facing room with basic cooking, fridge, table and chairs, kettle, cups/cutlery crockery, along with undercover and semi-insulated area with stored water containers/basic washing up set up. Very basic dug/drop toilet hole.

The perfect rustic cottage getaway, with a few basics for a wholesome, rustic home away from home, slightly more glamp than camp- great for families, (sandpit on the eastern side), chickens also near by. With a north facing living or sleeping area and three (empty) carpeted bedrooms (two with inbuilt wardrobes) and a fourth carpeted room that could be used for sleeping or lounging area with a working fireplace that can heat up the whole house. This space has a hot shower, running water/sinks, and can also have a basic camp kitchen set up on request - including a small fridge and camp cooker.
