La Rochelle – Organic Orchard Escape in the Heart of the Mary Valley. Welcome to La Rochelle, a breathtaking 45-acre certified organic orchard tucked away in the rolling green hills of Dagun in the Mary Valley - where country charm meets calm luxury and nature feels like it’s wrapped around you. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. The property is home to a thriving orchard of macadamias, citrus, avocado, and mango, grown with love and care in rich Mary Valley soil and a region renowned for its fertile farmland and incredible produce. This is a place where mornings begin slowly, with mist lifting off the paddocks, and afternoons stretch out under the shade of the trees with cool breezes drifting through. At the front of the property, beneath a dreamy canopy of macadamias, framed by a spectacular poinciana and jacaranda, is the perfect spot for a peaceful farm stay experience. It’s easily accessible, private, and beautifully positioned to soak in the natural setting — ideal for couples, creatives, families, or anyone craving a true escape from the noise of everyday life. Wander the paddocks, enjoy the charm of the working orchard, and meet the gentle farm locals &mdash including roaming sheep and the property’s two beloved horses, Ted and Tim, who bring heart and personality to the landscape. As the sun goes down, the Mary Valley sky comes alive with stars, offering incredible stargazing nights that feel almost unreal with unforgettable valley views beyond. And while it feels a world away, you’re still perfectly placed to explore some of the Sunshine Coast hinterland’s most loved attractions — including the Mary River, the Mary Valley Rattler, and the stunning trails and swimming spots of Amamoor State Forest. La Rochelle is more than a property — it’s a lifestyle. A rare and special place where organic living, natural beauty, and country luxury come together in the most unforgettable way.A soft, grassy flat paddock beneath big skies, offering a simple yet beautiful place to camp. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. With space, privacy and gentle country breezes, it’s a peaceful setting with jacaranda's, poinciana, avocado and macadamia trees, for slowing down — think sunset drinks, stargazing, and the quiet hum of nature. Rustic, relaxed and naturally beautiful. Sorry, no pets.
