Dusty Ridge Ranch is a small little property offering simple overnight stays. Nice picturesque camping area, you may even decide to stay a few. Named after my beautiful Kelpie Dusty (no longer with us) Neat little Roadside camp area. Set amongst the gorgeous trees or in the open paddock for larger vans etc. Unwind, light the fire, and enjoy a stunning afternoon outlook as the sun goes down. Fire wood can be provided at an extra cost per wheel burrow load. Available for horse riding enthusiasts with room to park and set up your yards, ride from the gate along scenic dirt roads on your way to Cooroy State Forest, or float straight to the forest. Horses extra $10/n. If you need a yard provided l can do this at an extra cost. Bring your dogs, there’s a dam down the back of property the dogs like to swim in or you can drive to close by creeks for swimming for everyone. 20 mins to Cooroy, Eumundi, Kenilworth, 15 mins to Imbil. Go for a leisurely walk down the road to the HUB on the Ridge, a local cafe and open for music and pizzas on Saturday nights. Really popular for motor bike riders so after an awesome day of riding, pit stop at the Hub Cafe, come set up camp and have a few beers around the fire. If you wish to explore the area without your dogs (or horses), I also offer animal holiday care. There is access to power and rain water in the front off road camps. Not enough water to fill your vans sorry. Please note reception can be poor at times. Please be advised you must have your own toilet and toilet tent to stay here. Viewing upon arrival. (Or can bring your own off ground fire pit) Rain water tap near by (not for filling vans). This area suits tents/swags/gazebo and a car/rooftop.

Dusty Sunset Horse Camp camp3 area is a lovely off street camp area in the open paddock with lots of room for bigger vehicles, horse floats, horse yards and caravans etc. lovely outlook over the property, afternoon sunset. Must bring your own off ground fire pit. See extras for info on horses and fire wood. Horse riders can ride along the dirt road for about 8klms, then onto road verge for abpprox 800mtrs then onto Cooroy State forest, do a loop then return the same way. Or you can take another dirt road and just do a return the same way back. Or just take a leisurely little ride down to the cafe for a delicious coffee and brekky, lunch or dinner. Close by State forests of Imbil and Kenilworth also for amazing riding trails and creeks to swim horses. If you have a group of you, you can book sites 4,5,6,7 and be together.

Great little spot for an overnight stop. We didn’t stay the night as we wanted to get further south in that day due to time restriction. But looked as a nice place.

Cindy was welcoming and a great host for our stay in our Teardrop at Dusty Sunset. Communication was tops, and we were met upon arrival. We had fog both mornings, and it was lovely to watch the sky slowly appear as it burnt off. The stars at night weren’t that bad, either! The few other campers were easy going, and never did we feel that we were right on top of one another. Firewood was available for purchase, for use on our site in our own supplied firepit. Some other sites did have an existing fireplace, however. Thanks Cindy for a lovely stay!

Had the best time camping on Cindy’s property. Lovely and quiet with the best sunset views. We had an awesome fire with firewood purchased at Cindy’s We brought our young dog and he enjoyed it the most ! We got to meet lovely horses in the morning. Cindy and her family are very welcoming and great at making sure you are feeling comfortable. Will be back

As a first time HipCamper I knew less than nothing. Cindy and her family made us feel so welcome and nothing was a bother - even all my questions! Beautiful Hipcamp, waking to a wintry mist and hearing Cindy's horses greeting the day with a neigh was just lovely. I also spent a very special night with my son and our 2 dogs by the fire pit that Cindy had set up for us to enjoy. I couldn't have wished for a better first experience... thankyou 💕 Sharon & Luna

We booked at the last minute to get away for the night & Sally's place was great. Communication & directions were excellent & Sally met us when we arrived & very friendly. The table & bench with flares & lights at night were a lovely touch & very quiet. There is a little Cafe a 2min walk down the road with great food & coffee. Would definitely recommend Sally's.😊

Marli my puppy and I had a lovely evening at Dusty Sunset. Private and relaxing we loved spending time in front of the fire and Marli got to meet her first horse. A perfect and easy country get away. Thank you to Cindy and her family - we will be back

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Cindy greeted us at the gate directing us to our sweet camp spot with a fire ready to go, citronella torches and solar lights. My partner and I were in need of a relaxing weekend away from our busy lives as well as the hustle and bustle of school holidays. Dusty Sunset was all that and more. Our dogs were able to run free around the property, they loved playing in the dam and we could leave all our worries at home. We enjoyed our breakfasts at the cafe a short walk down the road. Thanks for having us Cindy, we will be sure to visit again.

If you want to practice your camping skills or just need a night away from it all, this is the place. Dog proof fence. Fire. Quiet. Great pizza at the shop on the corner. Sleep well, stare at the fire with a drink in your hand (if you like that). Pat the horses. Fantastic generous host. 5⭐️

Very serene. Cindy was easy to deal with and a wealth of knowledge for things to do locally and in the Noosa area. Dusty Ridge was very quiet and peaceful and the walk down the back of the property revealed several kangaroos. Enjoyed a relaxing stay.
