Wynnmark — White Box Retreat is a modest off-grid cabin stay on the Wollondilly River, set in a rural landscape of ridgelines, gullies, and open country. Feel the expanse of the rugged landscape and unwind in this secret corner of the world. Access • Strictly 4WD access only. The Cabin Simple and comfortable rather than luxurious: - Open‑plan studio (kitchen/lounge/bedroom) with a king bed - Small separate bedroom with a double bed - BYO swags or camping mattresses for two more sleeping spots - Modest bathroom - Open deck with stunning views - Wood heater (BYO wood) - Reverse cycle AC/heating but note there is not unlimited power to run this overnight Power & Water • Off-grid power. Occasionally the power is off—please plan to unplug and bring backup lighting/charging. • Rainwater only, with a limited supply. Please keep showers short and use water carefully. Nature & Setting A special feature here is a rare eastern outlier of White Box (Eucalyptus albens), a tree usually associated with NSW’s Western Slopes. Please help protect the area by sticking to existing tracks and leaving no trace.
