🌳 Property & Owner:
- Large open paddock with shaded tree areas, can easily support larger groups
- Dense bushland surrounds the property, nice cool areas to sit in and enjoy the views
- Hugh will do minimal contact with you, so if you like your peace you have it
- Little 4WD track for 750m long, 120 in elevation to the top of a hill for amazing sunset views. Just whack in low and crawl up; unmodified vehicles will do fine as long as you're experienced or confident.
- There is a more dense 4WD track that may cause some panel scratches and requires lift/tyres or an experienced driver. It starts in the first front paddock, entrance up a hill to the north, bit rocky/ungraded but good small loop.
🐦 Wildlife:
A lot of birdlife! Lovely morning & evening songs from coughs, currawongs, magpies, butcher birds, galahs, cockies, bell miners, Dusky woodswallows, Pacific Koels, a Wedgie, Black-shouldered kites, and a bunch of finches I couldn't identify. Yarrobil National Park backs onto the property.
