However, you're more than welcome to head down there to enjoy during the day! Indulge in this exclusive, heritage riverside property located on the upper Shoalhaven River. Private use of the 22.2 hectares of farm, forest and river frontage. You will need to be self-contained with own camping toilet and shower. Relax, nurture, unwind and nurture one's soul at The Nest. Revitalize in the tranquil Australian flora with river views and access. Kayak, canoe, SUP Board, or fishing. Stroll to the banks of the Shoalhaven river, wander the trails, birdwatch, or climb Pulpit Rock. Whether you're into painting, sketching or photography, this is an artist's retreat. Our property is a 30-minute drive to beautiful Berry, Jervis Bay, Hyams Beach, Gerroa, Kangaroo Valley and Milton. There are many varied beautiful walking tracks here in the Shoalhaven. Firstly, an intermediate walk is just off Bamarang Road to Pulpit Rock which overlooks the Shoalhaven River and Bundanon. Ben's Walk, Hanging Rock, Nowra, The Grotto, Bomaderry, Jervis Bay National Park, Greenfield Beach, Wirreecoo Walking Trail & camp; Mangrove boardwalk, Huskisson, Cunjurong Point, Gerroa to Kiama cliffside trail, Pigeon House Mountain, Boyd Lookout, Morton National Park. These are all within 10 to 45 minutes travelling by car. Grade of walks, leisurely to advanced. Noise Curfew, conversation & music are to be kept to a minimum volume đŸŽ¶ after 9 pm as the local fauna and nocturnal fauna are foraging. Other staying guests and neighbours should also be considered. No pets, as there are local fauna that are not domesticated, kangaroo, wombat, snakes and possums. We are a working farm with large machinery and equipment.Welcome to Bamarang Camp overlooking beautiful natural billabong's abundant with local flora and fauna. Stroll the laneway to the Shoalhaven River. PLEASE NOTE; We work closely with local Lancare to maintain the riverfront flora and fauna. We implore that you DO NOT camp directly by the river. Please use the one designated area by the Owl Firepit, overlooking the tranquil billabongs near the Artisan Barn. This is the only area for camping/staying. No camping on or near the Artisan Barn/Studio as this is also a tenated area. However, you're more than welcome to head down there to enjoy during the day! Indulge in this exclusive heritage riverside property located on the upper Shoalhaven River. The Barn is used as a venue for a variety of day workshops. The River Studio is often occupied by the workshop presenter/artist. You will need to be self-contained with your own camping toilet and shower.  However, if you're unable to provide them, we can provide facilities at an additional cost. WATER IS PRECIOUS 💧💙 NOTE: Drive to road conditions at all times as Bamarang Road is a dirt road. Well maintained but has been subjected to severe rainfall with some infrastructure being repaired by local roadworks. Google can assist in this matter. Relax, nurture ones,self, cosy up at The Nest Camp-site, revitalise in the tranquil farm surrounds and the Shoalhaven River. The Bell Tent, to the north east of the camp site, is an extra for shelter if required by camper's. Enjoy the serenity of the Shoalhaven river, climb Pulpit Rock. Whether your interest is waterways, fishing, painting, sketching, photography, flora and fauna, this is a unique retreat.  Our property is a 30 minute drive to beautiful Berry, Jervis Bay, Kangaroo Valley, and Milton.  There are many varied beautiful walking tracks here in the Shoalhaven. Hot water . WATER IS PRECIOUS 💧 WC, Water Closet, is an extra costing of $5 per person, per night, located on the western side of the barn. Toilet, basin, showerđŸšœđŸšż Please provide your own toilet roll, toiletries & towel. NO HYGIENE PRODUCTS TO BE PLACED IN TOILET Please take & dispose of all hygeine products and WC rubbish on departure. Please chain the external latch of the WC door after use. Unexpected high winds will damage the door if not secured and latched. Please, prior to departure, hose out the WC. The hose is located on the western exterior wall of the barn between the Barn and the WC. Thank you for your understanding & co-operation. NOTICE BY MANAGEMENT. UNDERSTANDING.
