The property is home to the WA Birds of Prey Rehabilitation and educational centre.
The Swan Valley is only a short drive when you can experience local wines and produce.
Campers must be either self sufficient with their own camping toilet and take all waste with them on departure when located at the back of the property.
Alternatively, at the front of the property, toilets and bins are available.

A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured.
There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities.
Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area.
Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group.
We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses.
The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance.
Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking.

Our family moved to Toodyay 7 years ago after spending 8 years in Kalgoorlie, we dreamt of space to keep animals and raise our children. Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats.
We hope to enjoy for many years to come.
It is recommended that only 4 Wheel drives for access and a high clearance caravan/trailer.
We have 5 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them, on the left beside the creek, and Site 1 next then site 2, sites 3 and 4 are paddock side on the right.
There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah
PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation!

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property.
You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views.
It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime.
There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace.
The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks.
The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt.
During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited!

Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 8pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please.

The seasons change a lot of things throughout the course of the year: we have snakes (like ALL Aussie bush places) for most of the year; an assortment of insects, according to their seasons; varying growth stages of grasses - long, short, brown, green and sometimes grass seeds/prickles.. along with some crazy weather on occasion (high winds, high temps, storms) - NONE of which I have any control over.. so if you are a moaning myrtle and any of those things are likely to bother you, please don't come to our property... oh, and roosters - we have them too!
If you accept that you are staying on a working hobby farm and that I have no control over nature - then welcome, there is much beauty here for those who have the eyes to see - and as a base to explore the Perth area, we have a pretty convenient spot :)

25 acre bushland property set amongst Jarrah and Marri trees. Once logged for its timber in the 1960's by Wundowie Steel Foundry for it's steel mills and furnaces, there are still many tall/older trees as well as regrowth. We often have Kangaroos, Wallabies, occasional Echidnas, Goannas, Lizards and many species of Birds. All live in the wild and there is no guarantee that we will see them
We grow wildflowers such as Proteas, Leucadendron , Leucospermum (pincushions),Banksias , Eucalypt - Silver Dollar, and Cut Flowers - Osteospermum, Zinnia and Gladioli, Kangaroo Paw and Bromeliads. We also have our native species - Grass Trees, Zamia Palm and Golden Wattle .
We also have fruit trees, chooks and a vegetable garden.
BUSH STAY ACCOMMODATION is available.The Olivia Cabin which will accommodate up to four people.TV,DVD, aircon, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates etc.
We also have a large comfortable Tent to accommodate up to four people. Set up for the real bush experience. TV, DVD ,table and chairs .Beds and mattresses,sheets ,blankets, pillows, and doonas can be provided. You may bring your own tent,but only up to a mid sized four man tent.This is not an RV site.
Hear all the sounds of the bush at night! Check out the stars planets and the moon. The sky is so clear out here.

A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured.
There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities.
Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area.
Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group.
We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses.
The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance.
Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking.

Our family moved to Toodyay 7 years ago after spending 8 years in Kalgoorlie, we dreamt of space to keep animals and raise our children. Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats.
We hope to enjoy for many years to come.
It is recommended that only 4 Wheel drives for access and a high clearance caravan/trailer.
We have 5 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them, on the left beside the creek, and Site 1 next then site 2, sites 3 and 4 are paddock side on the right.
There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah
PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation!

We are a hobby farm set on 100-acres on the North Dandalup scarp, with a few sheep. You will find kangaroos, echidnas, sometimes emus visiting our property.
You can enjoy the great views into the horizon towards the Indian Ocean amidst the tall jarrah and gum trees. Campsites are set in the woodlands, some with views.
It’s perfect for people seeking 'quiet' time away, but still near to amenities in the towns around here. You can take walks to experience forest therapy, have a campfire or canoe in the dams during wintertime.
There is no power, water or toilet facilities so campers must be completely self-contained. You are expected to clear up and take all rubbish with you. Leave no trace.
The terrain is rather hilly, hence a few sites are accessible only by 4WD (Sembawang and Changi). There are some sites that are still accessible with regular cars (Opera 1, 2 or 3; Tampines, Bedok). RVs and small caravans are welcomed. All vehicles have to stay on the paths, and not to make any tracks.
The gravel road leading to our property is shared with neighbours who run horses. As such, please drive really slowly here so as not to cause the horses to bolt.
During the summer fire season, fires are strictly prohibited!

The seasons change a lot of things throughout the course of the year: we have snakes (like ALL Aussie bush places) for most of the year; an assortment of insects, according to their seasons; varying growth stages of grasses - long, short, brown, green and sometimes grass seeds/prickles.. along with some crazy weather on occasion (high winds, high temps, storms) - NONE of which I have any control over.. so if you are a moaning myrtle and any of those things are likely to bother you, please don't come to our property... oh, and roosters - we have them too!

Escape to the peaceful beauty of Citrus Park, a quiet spot just 30 minutes from Ellenbrook and the Swan Valley and 10 minutes from Bullsbrook. Located on the Chittering Valley scenic drive! Set among trees including a variety of fruit trees, this is a calm and spacious retreat where you can unwind to the sounds of birds, rustling leaves, and nature all around you including emus and kangaroos.
We welcome self-contained caravans and vans only—there are no toilets or showers, so you must bring your own facilities. There are 4 spots in our hipcamp area. Other areas available on our property pending weather and availability. Our property can also easily accommodate exclusive large group bookings, making it perfect for meetups, family gatherings, or a quiet weekend (or mid week) with friends. (Please enquire within) For those who just want the peace and tranquility, we can offer this too! Interested in adult only getaways? Or have a specific group requirement? Enquire within!
Friendly farm vibes: You may be lucky enough to meet our sheep, cows, donkeys and chickens who occasionally wander up to the fence to say hello. We also offer a paddock space if you'd like to bring your horse (additional fees, simply enquire ahead of time.)

25 acre bushland property set amongst Jarrah and Marri trees. Once logged for its timber in the 1960's by Wundowie Steel Foundry for it's steel mills and furnaces, there are still many tall/older trees as well as regrowth. We often have Kangaroos, Wallabies, occasional Echidnas, Goannas, Lizards and many species of Birds. All live in the wild and there is no guarantee that we will see them
We grow wildflowers such as Proteas, Leucadendron , Leucospermum (pincushions),Banksias , Eucalypt - Silver Dollar, and Cut Flowers - Osteospermum, Zinnia and Gladioli, Kangaroo Paw and Bromeliads. We also have our native species - Grass Trees, Zamia Palm and Golden Wattle .
We also have fruit trees, chooks and a vegetable garden.
BUSH STAY ACCOMMODATION is available.The Olivia Cabin which will accommodate up to four people.TV,DVD, aircon, fridge, toaster, kettle and cutlery, plates etc.
We also have a large comfortable Tent to accommodate up to four people. Set up for the real bush experience. TV, DVD ,table and chairs .Beds and mattresses,sheets ,blankets, pillows, and doonas can be provided. You may bring your own tent,but only up to a mid sized four man tent.This is not an RV site.
Hear all the sounds of the bush at night! Check out the stars planets and the moon. The sky is so clear out here.
Caravans/Camper trailers are also welcome. One Powered site available.
A toilet, shower and Barbeque facilities are available and our Fire Pit is ok to use in Winter and share some toasted Marshmallows.
Local attractions include: Toodyay Emu Park, Archery Park, Avon Valley National Park and the Avon River, Paruna and Karakamia Wildlife Sanctuaries, Toodyay Townsite - Connors Mill,The Old Gaol and many other historical sites ,shops and restaurants. About our property - we raise ducks and chickens and as such there is animal noise. We have frequent visits by kangaroos, goannas, lizards and many species of birds so we only allow pets on a lead and must not go in or around spa or camp kitchen area.
Just a short drive away you will find the iconic Noble Falls waterfall with scenic picnic areas and walking trails.
The nearby Lake Leschenaultia provides more opportunities for hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking.
For the wine lovers explore the Swan Valley wine region which is home to some of Western Australia's finest wineries and local produce.
At night check out the stars, moon and amazing sunsets.

As soon as we drove on to Eeden Farm, it instantly gave me the feeling I was hoping for. Set amongst the tall trees with wondering peacocks, chickens and turkeys. Goats and sheep tucked away behind fencing but come over to say hi when we walked towards them.
Friendly owners who we met at the cafe. It was nice to have somewhere to go for a drink and a bite to eat.

My dogs and I absolutely adore Andrew and Gina's property and am a repeat guest. Gina's sculptural additions are an absolute treat and I enjoy searching for any new works each time. The sites are incredibly spaced out so there's ample privacy and acreage to explore. And a big plus is the proximity to Perth. I'm in Joondalup and it's under 40 mins drive, making it an easy getaway. Highly recommend.
