Welcome to Citrus Park – A peaceful escape under the stars Self-contained vans only | Pet friendly | Horse paddock available Escape to the peaceful beauty of Citrus Park, a quiet spot just 30 minutes from Ellenbrook and the Swan Valley and 10 minutes from Bullsbrook. Located on the Chittering Valley scenic drive! Set among trees including a variety of fruit trees, this is a calm and spacious retreat where you can unwind to the sounds of birds, rustling leaves, and nature all around you including emus and kangaroos. We welcome self-contained caravans and vans only—there are no toilets or showers, so you must bring your own facilities. We have one main hipcamp area that you book exclusively, either just for yourself or as part of a group. Simply list all people under the one booking. Other areas available on our property pending weather and availability. Our property can also easily accommodate exclusive large group bookings, making it perfect for meetups, family gatherings, or a quiet weekend (or mid week) with friends. (Please enquire within) For those who just want the peace and tranquility, we can offer this too! Interested in adult only getaways? Or have a specific group requirement? Enquire within! Friendly farm vibes: You may be lucky enough to meet our sheep, cows, donkeys and chickens who occasionally wander up to the fence to say hello. We also offer a paddock space if you'd like to bring your horse (additional fees, simply enquire ahead of time.) Key features: Sites a short walk to the river (subject to availability. If you are booking a site to utilise the river please advise asap) Pet friendly (preferably on lead only and by arrangement) Horse paddock available (by arrangement and additional fees) Beautiful views, birdlife, kangaroos and peaceful surroundings Away from light pollution, allowing you to see the stars Close to Swan Valley wineries and attractions This is a rural property with the sites located in an open paddock. Our ground cover varies greatly season to season. Important notes: 🚫 Do not enter paddocks 🚜 Please keep all gates closed 🚿 No amenities, no power, no water – self-contained setups only 🔥 Fire pits available during the season only (subject to fire restrictions) Citrus Park is all about switching off, soaking in the natural beauty, and enjoying the simple charm of a country stay. We can’t wait to share it with you.*Self contained only please* Our camping sites are nestled between various fruit trees and native trees. We have changed our site and booking. We have 1 site, which is pictured. It can accommodate 6 vans for those travelling together. Or you can book it just for yourself. Please just list and pay for the number of adults, kids and dogs staying (even if there are multiple vans) under the one booking. This way only yourself or those you are travelling with will be in the space. No more sharing with other people 😊 (It also works out cheaper for you all paying under one booking😉) Note: No water, no power, self contained only. Fire pits only during burning season. Please bring upur fire pit and wood. Dogs/horses by prior arrangement. Tents and other caravans/vans welcome, providing you bring your own toilet facilities and all that you need. No smoking preferred please. Please note winter and summer photos. The ground cover will vary depending on the time of year. If you want to utilise the river, please advise asap so we can book you in a time slot. The river (and front paddocks) get used by our sniff space users regularly. (These are owners and their dogs who wish to walk their dogs privately, away from others for various reasons. Please contact if you'd like more information on this). The site is located along a dirt track and up a bit of a hill. Please ensure you are comfortable towing and reversing your vehicles/caravans on a dirt track and up a hill. Other sites located elsewhere on the property are available pending weather, ground conditions and availability. Please contact for further information.

Please only book if you feel confident towing and reversing. You will need to travel along a dirt road and up a bit of a hill to reach the hip camp. To adjust your caravan to suit your needs you may need to reverse it into the perfect position

Great weekend away camped with friends and had the whole place to ourselves, very peaceful with lovely drives around there to get fresh produce. Had a baby lamb born while we were there.

A perfect Hipcamp for dogs!

What a great little hipcamp. Close to Perth but you wouldn't know it. Peace and quiet (wildlife excepted) with plenty to explore both on the property and in the local area. The pitches are relatively close together but you can still easily get the feeling of privacy. Because they are on old citrus tree terracing, there's a little bit of levelling to do but nothing major (one levelling ramp did the trick). Emus and Kangaroos roaming freely were a nice surprise in addition to the sheep, donkeys and chickens on the farm. The cherry on top was the opportunity to use the 'sniff space' (secure dog walking fields) for no extra charge when they weren't booked out. All in all, thoroughly recommended and we'll certainly be back! Thanks for having us.

Loveley stay at Citrus Park. Hosts were lovely. Our kids were taken into the paddocks to pet the sheep and our dog Basil had the best time in the 'sniff space' running around exploring. Being a new listing the owner is open to feedback and improvement which works in their favour. We'd love to go back again one day to see all the planned changes come to fruition. Only four big decent sized sites accommodated at a tkme which keeps it lovely and quiet. We set up our table between two rows of citrus trees to take advantage of shade, but also just because we could ❤️ We loved dining under the stars amongst the trees every night and took our telescope to do star gazing at night. Sites are slightly sloped so you'll need a bit of levelling but it's not an issue for most vans. A lovely location that's not too far to tow, we'll defintely visit again!

We had a great time on Vickys land at Citrus Park. Vicky was polite, friendly and accomodating. The space was very young family friendly and the kids had a ball. Highly recommend a stay if youre in the area.

A lovely quiet, country camp. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the serenity.

There was a large amount of high cape weed, which had me very concerned about what was living in it , you are camped with it all under the awning and as we travel with dogs,We did flatten it a bit , but not our favourite camp ,

Unfortunately we did not get to stay at Citrus Park. Upon arrival it became clear that the designated site was not suitable for 17+ foot vans. The access to the site did not provide an adequate and safe turning circle to get through a narrow gate. Furthermore the sloping paddock contained a number of sheep and cows which had obviously been there for a while. Probably more suited to smaller camper trailers and tents. We decided not to stay and found an alternative camp site for the weekend.

Citrus Park Camping
We were a group of 3 caravans booked for a weekend stay. The fist site was already taken by the time we arrived there. The second site, as indicated by the host, is not accessable with our caravans (17,6 ft, 18ft, 19.6ft) as there is no turning space to get through the gate. The host then tried to accommodate us in a different location which was not prepared to take caravans at all. In the end we did not stay there. We feel that out money should be paid back to us as we were not able to access the 2nd camping spot that was indicated on the map previous to our arrival.

Citrus Park Camping
We had a fantastic stay at Citrus Park Camping. Vicky was a lovely host, great communication before the trip and special touches when we arrived. My children loved feeding the donkeys, meeting the animals, exploring the property and venturing up the big hill opposite. My dog also enjoyed the use of the agility area to run around. We hope to be back again.
