Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers.
The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem.
Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year.

We have limited space for caravans, RVs and camper trailers. Please message us first to make sure we still have space.

Fair Harvest Retreat Rules
1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am
2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details.
Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp.
3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground.
4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens.
We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food.
FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min..
5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced)
where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us.
Our 2 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly.

Please make sure your bins and food are out of reach.
6 - FIRE - you are welcome to light the communal fire (firewood provided)
this is the only fire allowed on site.

WATER - the campground run with rain water only, we are limited please used it wisely.
7 - WASTE & RECYCLING - SO IMPORTANT!
We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us ….
All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen)
There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity)
A recycling bin at the front gate.
A general waste bin at the front gate.
We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you.
We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste.
8 - QUIET time from 9pm - please be mindful of others campers - no parties or late music.
No generators.

Corymbia Farm is perfect for the fully self contained camper. Our property is located in quiet Rosa Brook, 15 minutes from Margaret River Town. Wake up to the sounds of nature, enjoy a morning or evening bush walk and use it as a peaceful base to explore our beautiful region. We have paddock spots and a few bush spots available.
Well behaved dogs on lead are welcome. Please ensure that you pick up after your dog. Dog sitting service is also available at a flat rate of $60. Please enquire after making a booking. The land is beautiful, rural and gently undulating with views over the valley. There is some dappled shade from native trees, it is protected from the harsh winds in winter, there are often amazing stars at night and blessed with the rising sun.
In a biodiverse hot spot, where the forest meets the ocean, we are less than 10 mins to the Blackwood River, the fishing town of Augusta, and a little bit further is Flinders Bay and Cape Leeuwin lighthouse.
Less than 1km in the other direction, you can discover the wonder of Jewel Cave, 10 mins to the world renowned Hamelin Bay Beach and 15 mins you can find yourself deep in the beauty of Boranup Forest.
The adventures in nature, fun and activities in this area are endless, and we are also blessed to have amazing local restaurants, cafes, wineries and local arts scenes in the region.

Redgum Hill
Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting.
Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter.
Valley Vista
Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm.
Creek Junction
Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue.
Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them.
Hidden Corner
Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind.
Shed Pad (No longer has bathroom facilities)
Shed Pad is our only powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed. It has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs (an extra 2 can be provided if required). WIFI is also available for an additional fee. It is an intimate site, perfect for one large caravan or two small caravans and a couple of swags/tents.
It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. it is at the entrance to the property next to the main shed and in close proximity to the house.

Stay here and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your surroundings over a glass of wine from one of the local wineries or head out and explore the beautiful Geographe Wine Region.
Redgum Hill
Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting.
Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter.
Valley Vista
Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm.
Creek Junction
Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue.
Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them.
Hidden Corner
Hidden Corner is situated at the back corner of the property. It is the most isolated of the three campsites with views of the open paddock and across the valley in front of you and state forest behind.
Shed Pad (No longer has bathroom facilities)
Shed Pad is our only powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed. It has a patio area with a table and 4 chairs (an extra 2 can be provided if required). WIFI is also available for an additional fee. It is an intimate site, perfect for one large caravan or two small caravans and a couple of swags/tents.
It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest. it is at the entrance to the property next to the main shed and in close proximity to the house.

It was such a refreshing experience to camp right inside the winery. The atmosphere was completely different from your typical campsite—waking up next to the vineyards was magical.
A huge highlight was the complimentary wine tasting. A special shout-out to Ulf, whose cheerful and friendly explanations made the experience so much more enriching. His passion for wine really added a special touch to our trip. If you have a caravan, this is a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

The sites where hugh spaced out.
Potable water supply to each site.
Kirsty come down to greet us also brought a box of fresh home grown Veggies. Very quite and plenty of wild life and cattle.

Loved camping at Fair Harvest. Lots of space so we weren’t too close to other campers. Campers kitchen & shower facility were clean & sufficient for needs. PowerPoints at both available for charging phones, lights, boiling kettle etc
3 min showers was ample time & eco loo worked well.
Location perfect with short drive to Margaret River, Cowaramup, Gracetown & Prevelly beaches, wineries & breweries.
Loved being able to take our family dog with us.

The camping area at Old Man’s Landing was a lovely place to relax, enjoy the country peace and quiet ( fantastic clear sky at night and the stars were amazing) and have the dogs run freely knowing they were safe in the enclosure. It’s a real credit to Kristy for the quality of the area they provided, lovely grassed area next to the van and quality fencing and gates that gave you lots of confidence for the whole stay.
Also a super special thanks to Kristy for bringing along some home grown veggies for us, and some lovely flowers to cap of a Valentines Day morning. It showed a wonderful compassion for her guests, and was greatly appreciated.

Quiet, great view, cows very near, bunny rabbits, camping in a vineyard, sites well spaced, fun cellar doʻr exerience (tasting), cool little dog from the big house visits you (AJ), great brewery just up the road (walking distance), central to the overall Margaret River experiences. The best great views camping near Margaret River guide
When to go
The Margaret River region's relatively mild climate makes it a pleasure to visit any time of year, though winter (June through August) can be chilly and wet. Summer (December through February) brings pleasantly warm-to-hot days that are best for enjoying the beaches and surfing, while the crisp days of spring (September through November) are ideal for viewing the colorful wildflowers that bloom around the area. The region has the longest whale-watching season in Australia. You can spot migrating humpback, southern right, and occasional blue whales from June through August in Flinders Bay, Augusta, and from September to early December in Geographe Bay, Busselton.
Know before you go
- There are limited local bus services between Margaret River, Augusta, and Busselton: Renting a car is the most convenient way to travel.
- As a major tourist center, you’ll find plenty of places to stock up on supplies in Margaret River.
- Entry fees apply at many parks in Western Australia. An annual park pass can save you money if you plan to visit a few.
- As the region is often busy with tourists, especially in summer, it’s a good idea to make reservations in advance.
