5 beautiful acres in the Swan Valley with horses, we run a horse rehoming charity from here where all proceeds from hipcamp go to support our facility. Along with plenty of horses, you'll also see kangaroos at certain times and our pet sheep Jamima who thinks she's a horse! A superb property with a winter creek and an open paddock where the horses live. It's very peaceful. There are only two camping sites available on this wonderful property at any time so privacy is assured. There is also a dam on the property so please mind any children with absent swimming abilities. Campfires are allowed during the season, and there is a toilet and shower available in the shed 100 meters from the camping area. Smaller groups booking the campsites will have full access to the toilet and shower. Please note, however, we offer a group camping option for larger groups but those booking this option must be fully self-contained as our facilities are not enough to support a large group. We have a strict Leave No Trace policy here, we kindly ask that you take all rubbish with you when you leave. We also ask that you please do not feed the horses. The property is well located to access many great wineries and cafes in the famous Swan Valley area, some within walking distance. Security here is taken care of by Mr security guard "aka" Smoky our pet dog. He's very safe and timid. If you get a pat from this boy I know you're good, so beware! We are dog friendly here, so you're welcome to bring mans best friend and we also have a secure yard to house any pets if you need a break, so long as they don't hassle the horses. We may also be able to accommodate your horse - please discuss this with us prior to booking. Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats. We hope to enjoy for many years to come. It is recommended that only 4 Wheel drives for access and a high clearance caravan/trailer. We have 5 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them, on the left beside the creek, and Site 1 next then site 2, sites 3 and 4 are paddock side on the right. There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation! Hope you enjoy your stay on our land. Proceeds go back into feeding livestock and the maintenance of our farm. Unfortunately, we've had to raise our camping fees due to theft, breakages, and irresponsible behaviour that persistently occur. Little Eeden Farm and Pine Camp is a STIRCTLY NON-SMOKING property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule. Please note that penalties will apply if this policy is not followed. Interaction with farm animals. There are roosters that will crow early morning. PLEASE DO NOT CHASE ANY OF THE ANIMALS. ALL sites are NON-powered Dogs on leash allowed outside only, not inside café. Campfires - Permitted Use designated fire pits only, Do not build fires outside approved fire rings or pits. Never leave a fire unattended. An adult must supervise the fire at all times. Keep a water source nearby. Burn only firewood. Do not burn garbage, plastics, cans, glass etc. Nearest toilet dump site is Bindoon Oval. Recycling Bins are available. Generator noise can disturb other people’s enjoyment of the area and disturb native wildlife and the farm animals, so think about using alternatives. Solar panels and inverters are the best ways to provide power for your must-have devices when camping and can be used anywhere. However we do allow generators, but they can only operate strictly between 9am-6pm. Turn down all music and please lower your voices at 10pm, we don't mind if you still have fun, but take other campers into consideration please. All equipment is PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Welcome to Lazy Acres, a peaceful 10-acre rural escape just 6 km from the heart of Serpentine and only a short drive to the beautiful Serpentine Falls. If you're fully self-contained and craving a break from the hustle and bustle, our quiet countryside setting is the perfect spot to unwind. We host one group at a time, so you’ll have the entire campsite to yourselves. The site offers a spacious, flat hardstand suited to tents, camper trailers, or caravans, with plenty of shade from mature trees and the occasional visit from our friendly sheep. A designated fire pit is available during the unrestricted fire season (typically winter). Please note: campfire use depends on current fire danger ratings, seasonal restrictions, and our safety discretion. Access is easy through a wide gate with access off the road —ideal for larger vehicles. Our sheep may wander over to say hello, so please make sure the gate is shut securely when you enter and leave. Because you’ll be camping in a sheep paddock, dogs aren’t permitted. Horses are also nearby, so we kindly ask that no treats be given. Important Notes • Self-contained campers only — you must have your own toilet • No power or mains water available • Please take all waste with you (leave no trace) • Small water refills may be possible with 24 hours’ notice and a fee • Bookings are essential — no walk-ins • Quiet time after 10 pm to respect our neighbors Take a breath, soak up the tranquility, and enjoy the stunning Serpentine sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Evergreen. It was so restful being in amongst the trees with native birds flying around & waking up to hear them in the mornings was delightful. Mark goes above & beyond as a host … there are fire pits with free firewood provided, a lovely way to spend your evening. Sites are generously sized with water & power connections available. Having a toilet/shower & laundry facilities onsite was a huge bonus for this type of property. We would happily recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle & bustle of city life for a few days.

This place was beautiful, so relaxing, quiet, clean and lots of ammenities and a great campfire. So close to Perth but could have been miles away. Mark was friendly and met us on arrival even lent us some chairs as we forgot ours!! Provided lots of helpful information before we arrived. Hoping we can return soon.

Evergreen Bush Stayz is an awesome camping spot that is great value for money. Mark is an exceptional host, he helped us back our caravan into our spot and checked in with us to see if there was anything he could do for us. Being so close to the metro area it's great for a quick getaway. With power, water, firewood and toilets included it's hard to beat for $48 per night. It's also a great base to explore Bindoon and it's surrounds. Will definitely be back.

Made to feel welcome upon arrival, taken to our spot to set up and given the run down. The serenity was brilliant, totally inviting and a great night had by all. Had our van parked in (Ground 4) kids in swags x 3 and Koala Pod for Mother. It was fab, firewood provided was a great bonus also to keep us warm and cookup the locally bought butcher meat, chilli sausages were the bomb. Thanks Mark, what a treasure of a spot you have. We had a great time staying on The Grounds at Evergreen Bush Stayz. Mark in an excellent host. Firewood is always ready, shared amenities are clean and tidy. Was an awesome break from the weekly hustle. What a joy to wake up to the bush and birds singing. Nice bush walks from the property or venture further into Bindoon. We will be back!

What a fantastic location. From the clear pre arrival instructions to the friendly welcome through the gate, the whole stay was seamless from start to finish. Mark is a wonderful host who genuinely wants the best for his guests, looking after you from the moment you book right through to the day you leave the grounds. Lovely little Hipcamp. only 4 caravan/motorhome sites and 2 cabins. Very well cared for and fabulous value for money - power, water, fire pits (x2) with firewood, firelighters & kindling supplied. It doesn't get any better than that. We will be back :)

We had a lovely two night stay at Mark’s place. He is a top bloke who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and extremely comfortable. The site has very good lighting, an open fire pit and outdoor kitchen, shower, laundry etc. The site is just a short drive into Bindoon town and has a nice walking trail behind the property. We had everything we needed and it was so peaceful. There’s room for four-five vans, so you could have the whole site to yourselves. Thanks Mark, we will definitely be back.

We purchased a new van and had been looking for a spot for the first shake down test. Online the camp grounds looked great. The communication from Mark during the booking was amazing with information sent on the property and things to do in the local area. Upon arriving Mark met us and assisted with reversing the new van into the site. The sites are all set up well there is nothing to tricky for nervous caravan owners. The price included power water and WiFi and firewood for a camp fire. Tbh this is something we didn't expect but a nice bonus for a full van test. Each site is level with a ground mat on the entry side of your van. Mark was a great host was nice to have chat with him on similar interests. It was a peaceful relaxing camp. We enjoyed it so much we will be back again in a few weeks. Highly recommended

This is one of the camping places that my wife and I have enjoyed the most. The place is so quiet and peaceful, yet it’s close to the city. Mark is what truly makes this place special. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and warm, and he even gave us some lovely little souvenirs from the campsite. We are truly grateful for his hospitality. He made us feel so well looked after. The campsite is also close to town, and Mark recommended a cafe where we had coffee and breakfast. They had the best pies ever! We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
