This vacant block is located on the opposite side of the main dwelling, relatively flat with a winter-flowing creek, surrounded by native trees and local habitat. Kangaroos are often seen frequenting the property along with kookaburras the odd echidna. Sleep amongst the beautiful sounds of the local bird wildlife. Located only a 2-minute drive from the popular Lake Leschenaultia where you can have a swim, take out the kayak, or enjoy one of the bike trails. Drive 5 minutes to downtown Chidlow to indulge in a beer and a meal at the local pub and also visit the local grower's mart to purchase food supplies or alcohol. There are plenty of walking and mountain bike trails to keep you entertained for your stay.

We had three nights here and loved it. Very quiet at night, lots of level sites to pick from with georgous bird life in the morning and evening. We explored the area and loved the little town of york. Thanks Sonia

We had a lovely time camping at Laguna Vista, it was nice and peaceful with lots of birdlife and the odd kangaroo hopping past . Location was perfect for us as it was only 2km to the lake ( which have hot showers and toilets) and close proximity ( only 5km ) to the pub . Sonya is a lovely host and very responsive to all communication, we look forward to returning in the cooler months too.

Close to the lake
Super close and convenient to Lake Leschenaultia, had a blast hanging out there during the day (and using the hot showers). Nice drive from Perth. Camp ground is basic open space fringed with trees and creek on one side. Sonia was super responsive and helpful during our stay. Ants a minor annoyance.

greeted by Blue Wrens & butterfly's
Had an awesome stay, Sonia was a super friendly host giving me a little welcome treat and an info sheet about local attractions. Had a shady Camp next to the stream that was dry but still very lush and green. Was greeted by Blue Wrens on both days, butterfly's were floating around, Even though it was pretty warm on both days it was pretty relaxing with the wildlife surrounding camp, Would love to stay in winter and listen to the waterfall, so therapeutic. Lake Leschenaultia is just a few mins down the road so this camp would be ideal if you wanted to day trip.

Amazing location
We had 3 great nights on Sonia’s land. Plenty of space all to our selves. Nice and secluded with complete privacy. The location is amazing. Only minutes away from lake leschenaultia and John Forest, mundaring and childlow all around the corner. Was unusually windy and a few mozzies but apart from that we loved it
