Just five kilometers outside of Margaret River, we welcome campers to come and experience the magic of Fair Harvest. The gardens and farm of Fair Harvest were established in 1995 and have matured into an extensive Permaculture demonstration system. In 2022, we were proudly awarded the nationally-recognised Eco Certification for Ecotourism camper amenities include 2 showers ( on timer as we have limited rainwater), 2composting toilets, and an outdoor kitchen built from timber harvested onsite. We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable lifestyle and sharing our beautiful farm with others. As a permaculture farm recycling is a huge part of our culture so please read our detailed guidelines to waste management for campers.
The farm features extensive food gardens , a beautiful Yoga Barn, and a farm and forest walks. Our campground is close to town, bush walks and cycle trails. Enjoy eco-friendly amenities and a great vibe, a place to retreat in a beautiful part of the world. Visit the animals, discover our veggie garden and observe the many birds part of our ecosystem.
Due to farm commitments, events, courses and retreats, the campground is open to the public only certain times of the year.

Fair Harvest Retreat Rules
1 - CHECK IN is between 2 and 6 pm, for late arrivals let us know your ETA. CHECK OUT by 10 am
2 - ON ARRIVAL, stop at the self check-in area. Register your details.
Find your name and camp site number on the whiteboard. Grab a map and set up your camp.
3 - KIDS should always be accompanied beyond the immediate campground.
4 - Enjoy a SHORT WALK around the gardens.
We kindly ask you to keep the gates closed and not to pick the food.
FARM WALK, follow the walk trail sign around our forest about 30/40 min..
5 - DOGS should be on a lead at all time, we do have 1 designated paddock (not fenced)
where you can have your dog off leads, please ask us.
Our 2 farm dogs are free to walk around the farm and are really friendly.

Please make sure your bins and food are out of reach.
6 - FIRE - you are welcome to light the communal fire (firewood provided)
this is the only fire allowed on site.

7 - WASTE & RECYCLING - SO IMPORTANT!
We are doing our best to provide a great recycling model. PLEASE help us ….
All food even meat should be given to the chickens (bin in the kitchen)
There is a 10C refund bin (this goes to charity)
A recycling bin at the front gate.

We do not accept mixed rubbish in our bin, so if you don't separate take them away with you.
We will be more than happy to explain and help you with your waste.

Murray Valley Camping features campsites that are completely open in nature. Each site is close to the Murray River and is surrounded by nature, so you truly feel far away from the rest of the world. The property is close to the famous Bibbulmun track, with Harvey and Boddington equal distances away, so options to explore the region easily.
Campers can go for walks along the river, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature. Throw your kayak in for a paddle. Throw a line in and try your luck at fishing. As the day slips away, catch a beautiful sunset, as you toast marshmallows by the campfire (outside of fire restriction times).
There are no toilets or amenities, so all campers need to be fully self-contained in that respect, with their own camp toilet and water, and we ask you to take all waste when you go. There’s also little to no cell reception at the sites.
There is background noise from the nearby conveyer belt that goes on and off randomly. Some people take it as soothing white noise while others think it’s overbearing.
Pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your four-legged friend along.

When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solenoids.

We have 1 dog Mack(BIG PUPPY) who adores visitors especially kids, free range chickens and Guinea fowl that like to visit For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs.

On days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. If the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place.

We are fortunate to have the Warren National Park on our doorstep, and a commercial license to operate tours and camping in our National Parks. Graeme and I started WA Wilderness in 2014 as part of our 'Pemberton Discovery Tours' when the then 'Department of Conservation' realised that there were a lot of people who don't do camping due to a multitude of factors; these include: Time, Lack of Equipment, Newbie's who want to 'give it a go' before investing in expensive camping equipment and even baby moons, or camping with little children when every inch of space in the car is precious.
So, we operate in the Warren National Park, it is some 8000Ha of National Park and stunningly beautiful Karri Forest, our campsites are located near the Warren River and are separate, so although you may see other campers you are not on top of each other.
We set up everything for you, so all you have to do is turn up with your food and your family. To keep our pricing down we offer optional linen, so you can choose to bring your favourite doona. The sites are also unpowered however we offer 12V lighting and the option for a portable toilet. (There is a toilet on site as well.)
There are steps leading into the river, the perfect place to paddle or dip your feet. We have a maximum of 8 sites on location here so there is plenty of space for privacy.
We are only 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Pemberton, complete with wineries, galleries, restaurants, shopping and much more! You may also wish to join a tour or two - the Pemberton Tram runs daily, and we give you mates rates on our tours.
We find our camps are perfect for busy people, who wish to try / go camping and value the opportunity to turn up to a complete camp, set up for you to enjoy from the start.

The Rockcliffe vineyard was originally an apple orchard. In 1990, the first vines were planted, and in 2007 we built a "State of the Art winery", which is located on the property. Rockcliffe is now the biggest winery in the region. We sell wines all over the world and in Australia. We focus on producing small batches of high-quality wines, all of which can be tasted at the Rockcliffe Cellar Door.
We welcome self-contained travelers to come and stay for 1, 2 or 3 nights maximum. On booking your site, you will be amongst the vines on one of our levelled bays which are allocated on a first come basis. It is important you have your own toilet, as we do not offer facilities here outside of our cellar door hours.
Overflow camping is also available in the paddock across from the winery, suitable over summer when it is dry and we are running our summer music events over the weekend. Please get in touch to enquire about this.
The place is very quiet, being in a rural setting, but only 4km from Denmark town. If you are a cyclist, this is an ideal place to stay. We have a mountain biking track that goes around the vines, paddocks, and through the forests, all of which are part of the beautiful Rockcliffe property. The camping areas are a very short walk to the cellar door where you can taste all of our delicious wines or treat your children to Gelato and Fudge. We also offer Cheese Platters, Pizza's and Fries.
The kitchen is open from 12-4pm for lunch Sunday through till Thursday and from 1-7pm for lunch and dinner Friday and Saturdays.

The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have several spots on our property we would love to share with like minded people who have a love for nature, music and wine.

Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for wine but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. Just 1 hour from Perth, Harmony Retreat is a conscious camping space and wellness event venue, situated on 25 acres at the foothills of the Darling Range Escarpment just 10-15 minutes from Pinjarra and Dwellingup, 7 minutes from the southwest highway, and 3 minutes from Pinjarra-Williams Road. It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilet, hot outdoor shower, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region.
There are friendly free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mischievous mini pig, friendly goats, sheep, and family dogs on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite.
THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY.
The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site.
CHILDREN - The dam on the property is currently unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore this property is not recommended for those with small and wandering children. We also asked that older children are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has been a problem in the past).
Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging chickens, livestock and wildlife on the property.
Our communal BBQ area is now open with a gas BBQ, picnic table and sink. We suggest bringing your own cooker, kettle, esky, etc, Bringing your own drinking water is a must, as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam.
We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open cooking flames during fire bans.
All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. However, Peppa pig and our goats will always appreciate your veggie scraps.
Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season. Anyone found having a fire during FIRE BANS will be reported to authorities and asked to leave the property immediately (we need to use firm words around this, as bushfire destroys homes and endangers lives).

Trigwell is a small rural location 256 km from Perth. We have a lovely peaceful working farm of 500 acres to explore with undulating hills with horses, cattle, sheep, and plenty of wildlife. There is a good chance of them joining you too!
Out here is a star gazers paradise.
Boyup Brook is just down the road ( approx 30km) with a sporting club, cafe, pool, museum, great little shops, pub and a local IGA.
Bridgetown and Collie approx 50 minutes .
There is Trigwell Reserve and Haddleston Springs on our doorstep, as so is the Blackwood River and the Blackwood River Valley.
Lake Towerrinning 20km away, so many walk trails , swims and things to explore. Harvey Dickson rodeo and the Boyup Brook country music festival is a great drawcard every year.
We offer two options to enjoy this beautiful place: A camping area, and a cottage.
Plenty of room to set up camp in the camping area of the property, so choose when you get here. Sit around a campfire (restrictions for fire season, of course) watch a gorgeous sunset, and enjoy a BBQ with a drink in hand.
No toilet for campers, so you'll need to be self-sufficient with your own camp toilet and take all waste with you when you leave.
The cottage is cute and rustic, and has everything you need for a comfortable farm stay.
The Blackwood River is also very close to our place, and Lake Towerrinning is an amazing place to swim , paddle or ski ( approx 20km )At Trigwell Bridge you have access to the riverside which is great for canoeing through to Boyup Brook.
Dogs are welcome (campsite only, possibly cottage on request) but please keep them on leash at all times.
Firewood can be collected on property for free.
Otherwise we can bring to sites for a fee.
Please note there is approximately 25kms of gravel road . If you come in Boyup Brook way thru to Dinninup , there's only a couple of km.
The dam is unsuitable to swim in at present due to the drought.

The property is surrounded by National Park and saddles the Warren River. There is a 1-kilometer-long man-made lake filled with crystal clear water filtered by the forest. The camping sites are tucked privately into the forest, so you'll have total peace and privacy, other than an occasional visit from the resident birds, emus, and kangaroos.
A boat ramp to the Warren River is only a 1km drive away, and the town center is 10km away for supplies.
All campers must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet and we kindly ask you to take all waste when you go.

25 acres of bushland 130 km's south of Perth, surrounded by state forest with a crystal clear creek running through it 12 months of the year. Secluded and very quiet with abundant birdlife and the occasional kangaroo, emu and echidna's passing through. Pet kookaburras - will eat out of your hand and steal from the BBQ.
Located at the base of Logue Brook dam wall, where a short walk makes all water facilities available, plus trout and marron when in season. Adjacent to the Munda Bidi trail, with cycle paths running in every direction.
Not to defray the natural environment, only lovers of wild life and serenity are welcome, so no Ghetto blasters or party animals.
Laughing, singing, dancing and joking, actively encouraged!
Tents, camper vans, small caravans with good drivers and trailers only.
PLEASE NOTE: Weeknights require a minimum of 3 nights stay. Weekends 2 nights minimum.
Please look carefully at the directions, as I am unable to be contacted VIA phone before or after you arrive. If arriving after 5 o clock, try to let me know when booking, as to your ETA and please, beep your horn when down in the valley, so I can come to greet you.

Winters coming and its the best time to be here, with hard stand parking throughout and blazing campfires by the river, book now!
We have 3 beautiful and secluded sites to offer, right in the heart of the Dwellingup State Forest, 1 of them on the banks of the Murray River.
All sites here enjoy a minimum of 100 metres separation.
We love all animals here at Nanga River Retreat and we'd love for you to bring yours along (Remember to book our pet friendly site – ‘River Camp’, and dont forget to bring your little yellow bags please). We also enjoy an abundance of wildlife traffic through the property.
We would love to see all the Witches, Wiccans, and other Weirdos out there, we encourage you to book in for a spell. (pun intended) You'll fit right in. 🧙♀️
We invite discreet devotees of herbs, and mushrooms, to visit for a while, you will absolutely love it here, with privacy you just cannot get at the park 🤙
Come and find yourself, or maybe lose yourself, down by the river in Dwellingup, forest getaways dont get much better.
Please Note;
Loud drunkenness, anti-social behaviour, and rude misconduct will lead to eviction without refund, and reporting to Hipcamp.
Also, no off-roading. No motor bikes, quads, buggies, or any other form of self-powered transport in the dirt. In-fact while you're here, any sort of hooning on the property will lead to eviction without refund and reporting to Hipcamp.
So folks, the idea of this campsite and indeed of the entire property, is that it's intended as a tranquil and quiet retreat for those that wish it to be so. Thanks for understanding.
A small advice for those bringing children, in fact for anyone that intends to swim in or be beside the water, this is a wild and unfenced river access area and all care should be taken in supervision. Please see the site rules.
One more thing, feel free to contact us via Hipcamp if you're interested in staying here but for some reason fall outside of the site parameters listed on this add, we're pretty flexible and in most cases will be willing to accommodate your needs.
Remember, this is camping by the river, not glamping by the pool!

Dougy’s Den was a nice secluded camping spot next to a small stream. There was plenty of room to invite friends and good if you want to relax and read a book. It was a bit cold mid May but would recommend for spring and summer.

Incredible spot, so peaceful, so much space all to yourself, direct access into the forest for miles and miles, very dog friendly which is a huge win for us! Absolutely beautiful few days away in nature in an incredible spot. We will be back!

If you want peace and quiet in a lovely setting, then Dougy's Den is the spot. We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of nights here, listening to the sounds of the babbling creek and myriad of birds. Even got to pat one the kookaburras....they are very friendly!! To top it all off, Graeme is a great host.....a genuine character!!

Weekend Trip to Fair Harvest Retreat Margaret River
We had a great time staying in the tiny house (circuse truck) for two nights.
Lovely campground, close to Margaret River town and had a great restaurant with amazing breakfast on the menu. Everything is home grown and organic.
Would highly recommend checking it out, either the campground or to stay in the tiny house.

We loved our stay at Ducketts Mill Cheese and Wines. Camped next to the vineyard across from a superb venue with delicious hot food, and a beautiful selection of cheeses, desserts and all sorts of delectable goodies, plus lovely wine to complement our meal.

To say staying at Rockcliffe Winery was a last minute decision would be an understatement! We had planned only to stay for lunch and a wine tasting before moving on to another campsite. However we loved the winery and decided it would be great if we could set up there and then. Which we managed to do very quickly through HipCamp and Steve was very quick to confirm our booking. The location was peaceful and scenic. The site located on a level pad up the side of a hill immediately adjacent vineyards and very close to the winery restaurant (but far enough away for privacy). The site was also very close to Denmark and was easy driving distance to the local beaches and attractions.

A simply brilliant spot to setup, and chill out by the fire. Feels like it's just you in the forest, super quiet (bar the odd rev-head flying down Nanga Road in low gear for no reason). Dwellingup is near enough for a quick visit for supplies if required, but we basically stayed at camp. Will return for sure.
