Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. Fires are to be extinguished before going to bed or leaving. Great site with really good facilities. Lovely spot next to a park with some woodland walks. The owners were really helpful and great at staying in touch. A really great stay! Also bought the fire pit and wood which was delivered to us and was a lovely end to our holiday. NB power and drinking water which was fab although our plug in our hired camper didn’t fit as we needed a smaller plug - worth checking the connection :-)

I loved camping in my van with my two dogs at Afton Park! Madge and Neil were so kind and helpful - nothing was too difficult for them. Literally the only thing I could say a word against was the mosquitoes, but they were only bad for one night and then they vanished! Nothing we couldn't handle 😄 A lovely quiet and peaceful stay, only 10 minutes from the beach. Could not recommend highly enough!

This is the best place we have ever stayed. It’s easy to access and very private. The gardens are beautiful and the camp kitchen very well set up. But the best bit is the beautiful bath/shower looking out into the gardens. We also saw 3 lovely little ringtail possums in a tree. I hope to come back and stay longer next time. Madges Hipcamp is close to ocean grove/Barwon heads and much of the bellarine. Madge provided clean toilet facilities and a camp kitchen with sink and water, mozzie repellents, cleaning goods. There were rubbish and recycling bins, and fireplaces, one of which was stacked up with wood. The sites are huge and flat with nice shade trees around the outside of the field. There are only four sites to a very large area. Plenty of room to spread out.

Bedroom one (1) has a double bed, Bedroom two(2) consists of 2 bunk beds a single bunk as well as a king single bunk, all bunks have full slumber mattresses and are strong enough for adults to gently sleep on and in case of extra guests we have provided two (2) foam mattresses under each bunk. Bedroom three (3) has a Queen bed with lumber support sleep-easy mattresses, ocean views can be seen from the lower level but not as well as upstairs. All Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with extra blankets and pillows for comfort for our guests. Also a centrally located bathroom with shower and toilet. The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool. Sea Paradise also offers reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating throughout. Plenty of parking with enough room in the driveway to park a boat and a number of cars. The double lock-up garage has been transformed into another entertainment area complete with a large pool table and table and chairs...Great area for the kids particularly those teenagers who love to have their own little space! But wait there is more.... A sauna is located in the garage to warm yourself up before jumping into to pool. Enjoy the colder months snuggled up in the warmth of the house soaking in the ever-changing moods of the ocean, watching for dolphins and whales. Soak in the spa bath and crawl into a warm bed. The only thing that changes in the colder months is our reduced prices. St Andrews Beach is a lovely quiet suburb with the convenience of having a superb cafe a 10 minute walk down Paradise drive along with a yoga and meditation retreat. Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

The cabins are converted shipping containers. Cabin 1 has a king bed, Cabin 2 has 2 double beds (bunk style) and a yurt (1 - 4 people). Shared facilities. Please do note the yurt does not have direct electricity and supplied are portable flood lights to hang in trees and inside. Charging station in the toilet shed or kitchen. The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins and very private. It has one super comfortable king and two single matresses. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Mains water tap nearby. Pet fee $40 per stay. Please clean up after them. Capacity 1 - 10 people in the cabins/yurt.
