Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. Our empty and unused dairy has space available out the front for up to 3, fully self contained vans (no tents) Located on the edge of the picturesque town of Buln Buln postcode 3821 (not Moe) take in views of rolling green hills and heritage listed oak trees while the gentle cattle and sheep graze nearby paddocks. We have access to power and river water on all three sites (not suitable for drinking) but no toilet so your vehicle must be fully self contained. One site is a drive through concrete slab, the other two are grassed sites. The grassed sites are next to each other and the slab site is on the opposite site of the driveway. There is a free public dump point available at Neerim South (a 10 minute drive north) 10 minutes drive to the larger township of Warragul. Firewood and eggs from our happy free range hens can be provided for an additional fee. Please only use the provided fire pits and no fires are allowed on total fire ban days. There is no access to the main house or paddocks unless accompanied by the property host. There is some traffic noise during the day but the nights are peaceful. Dogs are welcome but please ensure that they remain on leads at all times. Each site is limited to one vehicle and van or single campervan. Situated in West Gippsland, Casa Cucina is a feast for the senses from the alpine majesty of the Baw Baw Plateau, the Bunyip State Forest, the lush green valleys, to the rivers and streams… there is always something to do in West Gippsland for the curious. Other attractions in the area are Gumbuya World, Nangara Reserve, Noojee and Neerim South, PLUS of course the wineries. The Tarago River backs onto our small yet spacious, open yet shaded space. The river is shallow for paddling, as well as ‘swimmable’ (at your own risk), a lovely spot to cool off on our warm summer days, or a mesmerising place to sit, watch, read, contemplate, draw or write. Some large old Mountain Ash remain along the river bank, with lots of new plantings. It is not uncommon to see an echidna, a variety of stunning birdlife, and on dusk, maybe a wombat family. We also host a family of platypus if you are very quiet. Our river block can hold up to 4 caravans (under 10 metres) and a couple of tents in one group (one booking). In addition, the upper adjoining block can accommodate 2 caravans (enquire for this option). This is a single group occupancy site so you can enjoy the privacy of your group. If you wish to hook into our powered site, please add $10 per night, per van. All campers will also have access to our Casa Cucina gorgeous eclectic, quirky community space to sit in out of the weather. Please note: This is not an accommodation space. Our 60+ acre property is located 4 minutes from Fish Creek in the picturesque South Gippsland region, characterised by green rolling hills. Our property is a small working farm in dairy country. The centrepiece is a small private lake. The property forms a natural bowl, so we don't have runoff from other farms entering the lake and the water is very clean. We welcome campers to pitch a tent on the shore of the lake. The best spot is a small promontory with water on three sides and shade from the blackwood trees. Enjoy swimming, paddling, birdwatching or just hanging out soaking up the surrounds. You'll have the whole spot to yourselves. If you're exploring the area, we're just five minutes to the cafes, galleries and pub at Fish Creek; 15 minutes to the glorious beaches at Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Walkerville; and 25 mins to Wilson’s Prom gate. There’s no toilet at the campsite, so you will need to be self-contained, and take all waste with you. We don't allow dogs because if there are livestock in nearby paddocks, dogs can freak them out. If fire danger level is not High or above, you're welcome to have a campfire in the firepit provided, but please BYO firewood. Note: This is a scenic spot but the access and camping are a bit rough. To drive in you'll need a SUV or bigger (a Nissan XTrail gets in, with a bit of care). Not suitable for caravans, RVs or long-wheelbase vans, though you'd probably be OK with a small camping trailer towed behind a good 4WD. (The trickiest part of accessing the site is getting from the road onto the track leading up to our gate. There is a roadside ditch, and long or low vehicles can bottom out when trying to cross it.) For necessities, Fish Creek has a general store and pharmacy, a post office, a hardware store, a famous pub - and good coffee at a few different venues!

Hobby farm with cattle, chickens and horses. Situated in the middle of the Bunyip State Park completely surrounded by tranquil native bush and wild life. Close to Gembrook and Puffing Billy just a 15 minute drive as is Gumbuya World, Cannibal Creek Winery. Also for the adventurists we have some great bush walking tracks through the State Park with tracks leading to the Four Brothers rock formation and Mount Cannibal. We are on the fringe of West Gippsland with plenty to see and do! We have several types of stay from powered caravan sites to bush camping, un powered site for vans or RVs overlooking the Dam. We have an out door shower for the van sites but no toilet facilities. This is for self contained campers.

We are 1 hour East of Melbourne along the M1, (and a couple of kms off the M1). Situated in West Gippsland, Casa Cucina is a feast for the senses from the alpine majesty of the Baw Baw Plateau, the Bunyip State Forest, the lush green valleys, to the rivers and streams… there is always something to do in West Gippsland for the curious. Other attractions in the area are Gumbuya World, Nangara Reserve, Noojee and Neerim South, PLUS of course the wineries. The Tarago River backs onto our small yet spacious, open yet shaded space. The river is shallow for paddling, as well as ‘swimmable’ (at your own risk), a lovely spot to cool off on our warm summer days, or a mesmerising place to sit, watch, read, contemplate, draw or write. Some large old Mountain Ash remain along the river bank, with lots of new plantings. It is not uncommon to see an echidna, a variety of stunning birdlife, and on dusk, maybe a wombat family. We also host a family of platypus if you are very quiet. Our river block can hold up to 4 caravans (under 10 metres) and a couple of tents in one group (one booking). In addition, the upper adjoining block can accommodate 2 caravans (enquire for this option). This is a single group occupancy site so you can enjoy the privacy of your group. If you wish to hook into our powered site, please add $10 per night, per van. All campers will also have access to our Casa Cucina gorgeous eclectic, quirky community space to sit in out of the weather. Please note: This is not an accommodation space. As a reminder, all campers will need to be Self Contained as we have no toilet facilities, no access to fresh water, cold showers only and no cooking facilities. Also remember if you wish to have a fire in our firepit, you MUST bring your own wood.

Our 60+ acre property is located 4 minutes from Fish Creek in the picturesque South Gippsland region, characterised by green rolling hills. Our property is a small working farm in dairy country. The centrepiece is a small private lake. The property forms a natural bowl, so we don't have runoff from other farms entering the lake and the water is very clean. We welcome campers to pitch a tent on the shore of the lake. The best spot is a small promontory with water on three sides and shade from the blackwood trees. Enjoy swimming, paddling, birdwatching or just hanging out soaking up the surrounds. You'll have the whole spot to yourselves. If you're exploring the area, we're just five minutes to the cafes, galleries and pub at Fish Creek; 15 minutes to the glorious beaches at Sandy Point, Waratah Bay and Walkerville; and 25 mins to Wilson’s Prom gate. There’s no toilet at the campsite, so you will need to be self-contained, and take all waste with you. We don't allow dogs because if there are livestock in nearby paddocks, dogs can freak them out. If fire danger level is not High or above, you're welcome to have a campfire in the firepit provided, but please BYO firewood. Note: This is a scenic spot but the access and camping are a bit rough. To drive in you'll need a SUV or bigger (a Nissan XTrail gets in, with a bit of care). Not suitable for caravans, RVs or long-wheelbase vans, though you'd probably be OK with a small camping trailer towed behind a good 4WD. (The trickiest part of accessing the site is getting from the road onto the track leading up to our gate. There is a roadside ditch, and long or low vehicles can bottom out when trying to cross it.) For necessities, Fish Creek has a general store and pharmacy, a post office, a hardware store, a famous pub - and good coffee at a few different venues!

Chris's place by the river is beautiful. The sound of the river and the birds was breathtaking. The grounds were extremely neat and tidy and the little hut was very quirky and interesting. Excellent stay. Great location some 15k’s inland from lovely Inverloch. Great views. Easy access to the property and ideal for any 2WD’s. We have a MH and had access to both power and water if required. We didn’t bother. We were met by the engaging host Adrian who kindly showed me around. What a gem of a place. Manicured lawns in a large fully fenced paddock with a new camp kitchen, hot shower and seperate very clean toilet. 4 sites in total. Lovely dam to the rear of the property and walks back on the roadway overlooking the ocean to the distance. Adrian supplied a great fire pit, kindling and wood at a cost of $25 per night. Overall a wonderful stay - well worth a visit - you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back.

We had the most relaxing, enjoyable weekend tucked away in the cabin. Very private, warm and with the amenities you need: comfy bed, tidy bathroom, cooking supplies. We enjoyed both cool evenings and rain at night - which was pleasant thanks to the cosy wood burner - plus blue sky days which made for great exploring and spotting wildlife, also close to the inlet and Venus bay. We were welcomed with freshly harvested strawberries from Jo which was a delight!

The campsite was big enough for our group with 4 tents and three cars. Robert was so generous, providing us firewood, power, a floodlight and he let us stay in the shed as it was non-stop rain. He checked in with us frequently to make sure we were okay. Reception is very limited. Two friendly dogs kept us company.

Being able to bring doggo is awesome and she enjoyed exploring the old dairy and hay sheds. Being close to the road can be noisy at times, but not enough to prevent us going back. Our campsites are grassy green flat paddocks with separate access, great views across open green pastures of grazing cattle and sheep with views of the majestic hills of Dumbalk South. There's plenty to see and do in the area from the amazing Wilson's Prom Nat. Park (40 mins), to country town shopping (2 mins), waterfalls and more. We are only a 10min walk or 3min bike ride from the Great Southern Rail Trail which is a multi-use, gentle trail suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, covering 14 towns and 130klm it runs from Nyora to Yarrum with panoramic views of lush farmland, rainforest and pristine seascapes. The Great Southern Rail Trail links several unique towns. Just across the road you'll find Stony Creek Go Karts which is at 800 metres long, the longest Hire Kart track in Victoria and one of the few tracks that have racing karts and hire out karts as well as provide facilities to bring your own. (Book if poss). They also have other games facilities and an on-site café with great coffee and pizzas! Ten minutes drive towards Dumbalk South takes you to Blue Tree Honey Farm, a great little tourist attraction where you can taste and buy honey from local areas, sample a beautiful cream tea/coffee, have lunch in the cafe or sit outside and admire the scenic countryside. Just down the road towards Foster on your right you will find a fabulous panoramic lookout platform with views of Wilson's Promontory National Park (40 min) comprised of 125,000 acres of rainforests, extremely beautiful beaches, rugged granite mountains and abundant wildlife. Trails from the Tidal River settlement lead to Squeaky Beach, with its white quartz squeaky sand. Nearby, Mt. Oberon offers views of Bass Strait and offshore islands and Wilsons Promontory Light station, built in 1859, is on the southern coast. Nearby towns for shopping are Meeniyan, Leongatha and Foster. Leongatha has an indoor pool and Foster has a surprisingly good museum which as you walk through there are outbuildings like a jail and a schoolhouse, complete with school children! Tiny Castle is a custom built tiny house that overlooks farmland, bushland and the glorious Stzelecki Ranges including Mount Worth. With a large covered deck connected to the front of the tiny house, you don't have to go anywhere to witness Wedge-tailed Eagles, Black Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas and Kookaburra to name a few. Or wombats scurrying into their warren in the embankment just below the tiny house. Or the wallabies that hang out in the front paddock. If you're a fit walker, you can hike up to the back of the property that borders an old pine plantation now full of regrowth where herds of deer call it home. At the right time of day, you're likely to see all kinds of water fowl in the damns around the property. And if you're lucky, our 3 alpaca will let you photograph them as they stare you down, but no cuddles for these guys -- they're there to keep the foxes away. Night time is magical. With no light pollution, it's a stargazers paradise and on a still evening you'll hear boobooks, possums and frogs. The popular tourist village of Yarragon is 16km down a winding unsealed road one way, while the larger town of Mirboo North is about the same distance going the other way. Mount Worth State Park is 13km from our property and Lyrebird Forest Walk Regional Park is 26km just outside Mirboo North. While there's a lot to do around these parts, my guess is you won't want to leave the property.

At Bayview Camp you get the camping experience but have the creature comforts. Our site features a bespoke toilet, fresh water, and a communal area complete with a sink, BBQ, and seating for eight. Fire pits are welcome (BYO wood), making it easy to enjoy a cosy evening under the stars. We’re pet-friendly, too — your furry friends are welcome to join the adventure (on leash). Come unwind, explore, and experience the Bellarine at its best.

We are located close to beaches and the Strezlecki Ranges. There are numerous Markets each and every weekend.
