The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool. Sea Paradise also offers reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating throughout. Plenty of parking with enough room in the driveway to park a boat and a number of cars. Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

We loved this hipcanp. Steve was the best host, even passing on some fish, which was delicious. We had security and free range area for our dog to play with Milo. Spent 6 lovely days here. Close to everything . Highly recommend. Thanks Steve we will be back. 😀

Great dog friendly hip camp. Liked the fact that it was fenced and our kelpie could roam around unleashed and play with Milo (the resident chilled border collie). Bonus was the availability of power and water for the caravan. Steve the owner was great and very friendly

We had an amazing time at the site by the lake. The group of 8 were evenly spaced out on comfortable flat grass. Ammenities were great to have and is a luxury during this occasion. I will definetly come back with a rod and reel next time!

We had a fantastic time here. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning lakes and plenty of space to relax. The campsites are well spaced out, private, and spacious. it never felt crowded. The bathroom facilities were excellent. clean, modern, hot water, and with two separate toilets, which made things so convenient. The hosts were fantastic and really welcoming. Our kids had an amazing time kayaking on the lakes and exploring the bushland — such a great spot for families. We’ll definitely be back!

We shared his space with some other lovely campers, kids loved riding bikes around the property and all the very well behaved dogs had a ball. Steve was an amazing host! Right from the get go, he was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The property is beautiful, and an added bonus of Milo the dog who loves pats. Steve let us use his firewood, and it's great quality! We had two fired and not once did we smell of smoke. We were able to hook up to water and electricity at the property and there was heaps of space between us and the next campers. Everyone there was so lovely, the kids all ride their bikes around and played games. It's super safe as the gate is always shut, so our minds could relax as our kids and dog were safe. Only bummer was that the pool wasn't working, but there is a cool little indoor swim centre just 300 metres up the road. However, Steve is going to get around to fixing the pool this weekend. Steve was always making sure all campers were happy and was helping out where ever he could, despite having quiet a bad back. Honestly, could not fault our trip at all. Steve is a genuine, kind person and we would love to come back again.

It had a nice atmosphere about it. The host Steve very accommodating, arranging an outdoor fire for the guests to mingle around and he even let us use his gas pizza oven...so highly recommended.
