Located just a 20 minute drive from the Hobart CBD, this beautiful 0.67 hectare coastal bush property is set in a little valley right by Kingston Beach, Browns River and Tyndall Beach. It's just a short 5 minute stroll down the road to the beach, or up the road to the start of the Alum Cliffs Track. Activities you can enjoy here include birdwatching, bushwalking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing, bike riding, dog walking. You'll be staying in a fairly new comfortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom tucked under my house. There's a double bed made up with fresh linen. You'll enjoy hot showers, a flushing toilet and almost complete privacy. There's mains water. With prior notice you could use the washing machine inside the house and hang your clothes on the clothes line strung between trees. Parking for two cars and/or caravan/campervan is easy. A circular driveway surrounds the house with a driveway extension. I hope to build an outside kitchen at the nearby shed, but for now campers need to be self-contained for their cooking and washing up, or else take the short walk to Kingston Beach and the excellent cafes and restaurants there for a bite to eat. Food scraps must go in the compost bin on site. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a fire when conditions allow it. Longer pieces of firewood are provided free of charge and kindling can easily be collected from around. (Please don't use the shorter pieces of cut firewood as they are for my wood heater). You could enjoy a wood fired bush bath at extra charge, conditions allowing, with advance notice. Early evening is the best time to enjoy a bush bath and star gazing with set up in the afternoon. Wildlife on the property includes birds, wallabies, possums, echidnas and bandicoots. You are welcome to bring your small dog but please ensure it's under control at all times. Wildlife are at risk if your dog is a hunter and roams free. Tyndall Beach (the Kingston dog beach) down the road is where your furry friends can have a run. Walk them to the beach on a lead and let them off there. I have an older Jack Russell who is afraid of big dogs, sorry. This is the perfect place to experience a little bush luxury before taking off on your Tassie adventures. I very much look forward to meeting you!

And there is a boat ramp just a few kms down the road to launch your boat. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully built structure, with large windows and plenty of space. It's two storey, with the upper open-plan level accommodating 8 people in single bunk beds. A further two guests can sleep on the large sofa bed downstairs. The bunkhouse is fully self-contained with a kitchenette, toilet and shower.Clean sheets and blankets . Wi- Fi and streamed TV movie channels Please note - this is not the ritz! It's a simple bunkhouse, providing shelter to sleep, in a great location. If you wish to make use of the firepit, you'll need to BYO wood, this firepit is not often used. Instead, we'd recommend bringing a small portable bbq with you to set up by the river! You're welcome to bring pets too.

It's a little like McDonald's Farm, an array of birds and animals. There's an orchard, hothouse and a Raspberry patch which may be my favourite spot when they're fruiting. The cottage is located a short walk from the white sands of White Beach and a short drive from Port Arthur Historic Site, natural geological attractions, amazing walking tracks and secluded bays. Featuring 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathroom and an open plan cosy living and dining area. All beds and appliances have been purchased new with the intention of providing you with a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are two staircases off the front deck but reasonably flat access is provided at the rear of the property which will be your first entry point. We have gone to some lengths to include a wide selection of DVDs, games and books to keep you occupied in the house. We strongly recommend a daily walk on the beach and that you explore the many many attractions located on the Tasman Peninsula. Just prior to your stay you will be sent a unique code to access the property. The access code will promptly expire at the conclusion of your stay. The keypad for the access code is located at the entrance door under the carport at the rear of the cottage. The majority of the property is free for you to access. The garage has been excluded but there is a large carport which we suggest you use given that the property is surrounded by natural bush. We are available by phone from 8 am to 8 pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love it if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so I have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be – totally stress-free and relaxing!! As I am not in the area I am unable to personally check the house before your arrival – I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore me have been let down in any way by the presentation of Boho Cottage. The Tasman Peninsula has an abundance of things to do and see. Located just a 20 minute drive from the Hobart CBD, this beautiful 0.67 hectare coastal bush property is set in a little valley right by Kingston Beach, Browns River and Tyndall Beach. It's just a short 5 minute stroll down the road to the beach, or up the road to the start of the Alum Cliffs Track. Activities you can enjoy here include birdwatching, bushwalking, swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing, bike riding, dog walking. You'll be staying in a fairly new comfortable bedroom with ensuite bathroom tucked under my house. There's a double bed made up with fresh linen. You'll enjoy hot showers, a flushing toilet and almost complete privacy. There's mains water. With prior notice you could use the washing machine inside the house and hang your clothes on the clothes line strung between trees. Parking for two cars and/or caravan/campervan is easy. A circular driveway surrounds the house with a driveway extension. I hope to build an outside kitchen at the nearby shed, but for now campers need to be self-contained for their cooking and washing up, or else take the short walk to Kingston Beach and the excellent cafes and restaurants there for a bite to eat. Food scraps must go in the compost bin on site. Visitors are welcome to enjoy a fire when conditions allow it. Longer pieces of firewood are provided free of charge and kindling can easily be collected from around. (Please don't use the shorter pieces of cut firewood as they are for my wood heater). You could enjoy a wood fired bush bath at extra charge, conditions allowing, with advance notice. Early evening is the best time to enjoy a bush bath and star gazing with set up in the afternoon. Wildlife on the property includes birds, wallabies, possums, echidnas and bandicoots. You are welcome to bring your small dog but please ensure it's under control at all times. Wildlife are at risk if your dog is a hunter and roams free. Tyndall Beach (the Kingston dog beach) down the road is where your furry friends can have a run. Walk them to the beach on a lead and let them off there. I have an older Jack Russell who is afraid of big dogs, sorry. This is the perfect place to experience a little bush luxury before taking off on your Tassie adventures. I very much look forward to meeting you!

All beds and appliances have been purchased new with the intention of providing you with a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are two staircases off the front deck but reasonably flat access is provided at the rear of the property which will be your first entry point. We have gone to some lengths to include a wide selection of DVDs, games and books to keep you occupied in the house. We strongly recommend a daily walk on the beach and that you explore the many many attractions located on the Tasman Peninsula. Just prior to your stay you will be sent a unique code to access the property. The access code will promptly expire at the conclusion of your stay. The keypad for the access code is located at the entrance door under the carport at the rear of the cottage. The majority of the property is free for you to access. The garage has been excluded but there is a large carport which we suggest you use given that the property is surrounded by natural bush. We are available by phone from 8 am to 8 pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love it if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so I have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be – totally stress-free and relaxing!! As I am not in the area I am unable to personally check the house before your arrival – I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore me have been let down in any way by the presentation of Boho Cottage. The cottage is located a short walk from the white sands of White Beach and a short drive from Port Arthur Historic Site, natural geological attractions, amazing walking tracks and secluded bays. Featuring 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathroom and an open plan cosy living and dining area. All beds and appliances have been purchased new with the intention of providing you with a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are two staircases off the front deck but reasonably flat access is provided at the rear of the property which will be your first entry point. We have gone to some lengths to include a wide selection of DVDs, games and books to keep you occupied in the house. We strongly recommend a daily walk on the beach and that you explore the many many attractions located on the Tasman Peninsula. Just prior to your stay you will be sent a unique code to access the property. The access code will promptly expire at the conclusion of your stay. The keypad for the access code is located at the entrance door under the carport at the rear of the cottage. The majority of the property is free for you to access. The garage has been excluded but there is a large carport which we suggest you use given that the property is surrounded by natural bush. We are available by phone from 8 am to 8 pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love it if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so I have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be – totally stress-free and relaxing!! As I am not in the area I am unable to personally check the house before your arrival – I am heavily reliant on my housekeeper and I need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore me have been let down in any way by the presentation of Boho Cottage. The Tasman Peninsula has an abundance of things to do and see. Such a beautiful location, abby has thought about everything you need to be comfortable. Kitchen is managable for simple cook ups and the bath is fantastic. Be aware that the charging station is very limited for power. Also wasnt expecting such close neighbours. All in all would definitely recommend and would consider staying again!

She had a long bath on Sunday taking in the view again. We also loved exploring Fingal and St Mary’s. Great meal that the St Mary’s pub and watched a platypus in the River running past the pub. Great weekend.

We loved that our dogs could come along with us — it made the weekend feel even more special having them there. The space itself was perfect — simple, cosy, and had everything we needed. It was so nice to switch off, unwind, and enjoy the quiet by the beach. The fire bath was such a highlight — sitting in the warm bath in the rain was pure bliss. Not only were the views spectacular, in daylight & at night, but this place really did make someone like me, who doesn’t like to camp, appreciate the experience even more. The potbelly stove was bliss in these cold evenings & made sure we were never cold. The long drop was the best we had ever used - super clean & smell less! The swing & open verandah were my constant go-to for taking in the views when not cooking & warming up next to the fire, and the bath - just wow! Super warm with the most spectacular views! The whole experience was just so magical & we wont be only visiting once! For anyone wanting to reconnect to nature without too much effort, this is for sure an experience worth booking! The location is absolutely stunning. It's surrounded by gorgeous forest, you can hear nothing but the wind in the trees and the birds. Yet despite the seclusion there is still a coffee cart in walking distance often set up at the nearby lookout. The bus is surprisingly well insulated and is kept warm with the fireplace even when the temperature drops to freezing outside.

We really loved staying at Michael and Sheena's place. We were looking for a place to have a cosy weekend away with a fire bath and fire pit. On arrival everything was set up for us, fire in the pit and under the bath. All we had to do was fill up the water and light the fires. It was a lovely romantic getaway. Falmouth is a lovely destination with long sand beach, lagoon and rocky boldery Shaw line to explore rock pools. The accommodation had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and warm. The place was nestled in between to house but we had plenty of privacy. We could watch the stars, listen to frogs in the evening and drids during the day. As a bonus, Michael and Sheena had a cd player and plenty of cds to listen to which were right up our alley. Lived our time here, Michael was a great communicator and checked in with us.

There is an undercover outdoor small kitchen with a 2 burner gas stovetop, basic kitchenware (with hand-held coffee grinder and aeropress), sink, solar lighting and rechargeable camping lanterns. The toilet is a private eco-throne with a view to Bare Rock. It is composting and only a short walk from the cabin. We provide you with wood for the indoor wood stove, an esky, bed linen, towels, tea-towels, basic kitchenware, cooking basics and toilet paper. The kitchen sink and bath water comes from a spring fed dam, perfect for washing your dishes and bathing in. Please bring your own fresh drinking water. Please note this is rustic accommodation, the cabin doesn’t have 240v, only a solar powered charging port with USB-A/C inputs to recharge the camping lanterns and your devices. You may wish to bring head torches for night time reading and card games! There is no wifi available but there is strong mobile phone service. Fingal is fondly known by the locals as "the Valley", and hosts several coffee and food vans for travellers passing through. Fingal is located just 15 mins to local township St Marys, where you'll find IGA Supermarkets and the popular pub/restaurant St Marys Hotel. Also the gold-prospecting rivers of Mathinna and Mangana are both short drives away.

Our property is situated on the edge of Maydena, surrounded by nature at its best. Ideally located for the mountain bike adventurer, with the world renowned Maydena Bike Park right on our doorstep. We are also surrounded by both Mt Field and South West National Parks as well as the Styx and Florentine valleys, home to some of Australia's tallest trees. Enjoy any number of activities including bushwalking, trout fishing, kayaking or simply just taking in the stunning views. We are offering self contained caravan accommodation as well as a private camp site for up to 2 vehicles. Campers must have their own amenities if staying at the campground, as there is no shower or toilet facilities. Nearest toilet and dump station is 1km away in the Maydena township. There are only basic supplies to be had at the post office, open Mon to Fri, so get all major supplies before arrival. There is a cafe and restaurant option as well. We are pet friendly however all pets must be kept under control to keep the wildlife safe. Campfires are permitted in our allocated fireplace except on days of total fire ban. Bring your own firewood or prebook a wheelbarrow full. Come and relax after your day of adventuring and enjoy the tranquillity of this ideal location.

When you arrive with a big trailer enter through the WOODEN GATES and stay on the flat. Walk up and visit the farmhouse.
